Can't say anything bad The folks here have always been very willing to assist me in anything that I need help with and they'll come out and check your car without a second thought and I definitely like to bring my business back here over and over again.

Helpful and friendly staff, it's nice that they double-check the part they pull to make sure it's correct.

I really enjoyed my experience today. I walked in and was immediately greeted and assisted. Carlos was very hospitable. I didn't know which oil I needed or filter and he took his time to look it up. He then went over the top for me by walking to get the items. I want to give him a personal 10 stars. Thank you.

We arrived 15 minutes prior to closing with battery issues. Angela was extremely helpful; she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of, and replaced my battery within 30 minutes. If I could give her more stars, I would!

AMAZING customer service ! They were fast , friendly , and helped me with my issue and i was out within 5 min! I will be back ! Hopefully not for a while tho lol

Had a hose break on my radiator and was helped my Noah and another worker. They solved my issues and got me the parts I needed to safely get home. I will forever be thankful for you guys getting us home in this Texas heat. Definitely will be back to this location!

After a frustrating experience with a competitor I stopped by Auto Zone. Carlos immediately greeted me and handled my lightbulb situation like a champ! It’s great to see young men take on a challenge and with patience and accuracy. He identified an additional issue and corrected it for me to avoid a potential long term issue with my daytime running light. Bravo Carlos!

Amazing! My windshield wiper blade fell off when I was driving, when it was raining hard, and I was stressing over getting home and driving without one. I went in, was helped quickly, and the guy even installed it for me. My dad lives about an hour away, but this service experience was akin to that which my dad would do - so I hold this in high regard and will def be returning should I need any car parts!

AutoZone is a great locations. Employees is real knowledgeable about parts and etc

Eddie was a tremendous help. Service like the old days. I was having a tough time locating a special fluid for a hydraulic system. He found a few gallons at several different facilities and had drivers pick them up from around town and get all 18 gallons within 2 hours. This was the 4th parts store I tried and non of the others had any of it, nor did they try to help. Eddie, appreciate the effort. I will be back to your shop first next time.

My car broke down on the way to work for the night shift. My son called Auto Zone in McKinney on McDonald 1 minute from closing. They picked up the phone and actually delivered the part after closing! My son was able to fix my car before I left work at 6am. You guys rock! Above and beyond. Thank the rep that took that call!

If I could give 6 stars I would. 8pm sat nite , my headlight went out pulled in and Noah(super nice ) went out looked at it got the replacement and changed it for me.In less than 30 min. I was in and out. I HIGHLY recommend this auto zone and am thankful for the helpful knowledgeable associates

I came to the store with an engine light check. As I pulled in to park, an older employee was walking outside, back into the store. He paused to call a young man's attention because he was parked on a handicap space, and part of another. As I walked to the counter, immediately an employee told me he'd be right over. I told him my problem and he checked my truck pretty quick.

The service was outstanding, courteous, and the advice given was great. I definitely recommend this store for all to visit. They have all my respect.

I went to three different places looking at prices for different parts for my truck and 2 of them didn't ask me if i needed help or even achnowledge my existance. The second I entered this AutoZone they said hello and immidiatly asked if i needed help finding something. I then looked around for a bit and the second I walked back and forth looking down an isle one of the Autozoners walked up and helped me find what i was looking for. I will only be shopping at this Autozone when looking for parts. I was also extremely impressed at their prices! I went to walmart to look at some paint and they had it for $19.99, this Autozone priced them at $10.99 for the exact same can of paint!

I want to share how wonderful Brian A. Is that helped me change my serpentine belt in the parking lot . He was very helpful and I’m very thankful autozone has an employee like him !! Ten stars ⭐ autozone !! Thankyou Brian !!!

Peter has great Manager skills has always helped me with the right parts for my vehicle has a lot of automotive knowledge gives great customer service and has his staff trained to do the same
