I was so pleased with Aj and Adrian’s professionalism and work ethic they are both extremely knowledgeable. They did an amazing job and took their time to ensure that everything was working properly and even the sheet rock behind my water system looks great! I would highly recommend both of them.

Booked on Wednesday they came out Thursday morning. I had a leaky toilet that desperately needed to be done. They gave me several options for service and were done in a couple hours. They were quick efficient kept me updated along the way. A.J. Was my technician and he was nice and professional while remaining friendly and approachable. Will definitely have them come out if I have any issues in the future!

A.J. & Adrian were great. They were thoughtful - even to the point of offering me an arm when we wert talking on uneven ground (I forgot my cane) and put there kind of handle that is easy for our arthritic hands to use on the water heater (replacing the one that would be difficult to turn) so we could more easily drain it once a year. They paid great attention to detail and even brought us breakfast! Simple Service is a great company and I would highly recommend them; we'll certainly be using them again!

I highly recommend Simple Service. I had plumbing issues that had been made worse by another plumber. Tristan saw the problem right away and thoroughly explained the necessary repairs. He and AJ completed the repairs right away. I also got a tankless water heater and water softener system. Wonderful! Installation done beautifully and all work completed within a few days.
Tristan and AJ were so professional and friendly. This was the very best installation and repairs service I have ever experienced.

Simply amazing work AJ and his crew did amazing work. They went above and beyond any other ordinary services would provide. They arrived on time and left late until they finished the objective at hand. They weren’t satisfied until they made happy with the work they did. They even did extra work that was unnecessary with no cost. I wish i could put more stars on this page. I will definitely go to them first with any plumbing issue.

Adrian came over to take a look at a persistent toilet leak. He & his trainee kept our house clean & we're very nice. Adrian communicated with me very clearly about what the issue was & what he needed to do to solve it. The price quoted was above our budget, but we hope to hire Simple Service for any future plumbing needs.

Jarel and Jeremy did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing a leak above our garage that suddenly appeared. They went above and beyond to check everything in the house to make sure it was in good shape. Would definitely recommend and I’ll call again if I ever need a plumber.

Simple Service is an excellent company that I would highly recommend. I was able to email the company with my issue and they promptly responded. AJ and his crew arrived on time and swiftly locate the leak. He thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done and how much it would cost. Thank you for helping solve my issue! I received notice of a leak in my system from public works. Let's just say I was not happy due to this house only being three years old. I made an appointment and your crew consisting of AJ, Adrian, and Jeremy arrived, diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. These hardworking gentlemen worked late through the night and finished worked the next day. The digging alone must have been exhausting. They kept me informed in all of the worked that they were performing. They even discovered the reason for my low water pressure issues. Since their visit, everything works amazing well! Great service all around from this company. My kitchen sink was leaking all over the place, I called three different companies none of them could do a same day service. Simple didn't even let me ask the question they said "that sounds serious, we are going to squeeze you in" , then they called me to tell me they were moving up the time table they had previously given me. So good news on good news. Later AJ and his team came, inspected, gave me options and explained the situation. I was very happy with both the solutions offered as well as the price points. They inspected every drain and faucet in the house btw which is also how I got rid of my dripping bathroom faucet haha. 5/5 You see 3 plumbing cowboys come into your house your in good hands (plumbing wise I have no idea beyond that lol).

Aj and Adrian showed excellent and fast past efficient work. They came in confident and easy to talk to and work with. And they had multiple plans ready to carry out if one wasn’t the solution to our problem. They were also extremely knowledgeable in their expertise talking to them I know they knew what they were doing and more. I have very little knowledge when it comes to sewers and why toilets get plugged up, and they presented me with at-least 10 reasons what it could have been. Aj gave a very ambitious leadership style that made me want to continue working with him in the future. I felt more than comfortable with having simple service work on my home!

I just can’t say enough about Simple Plumbing. AJ looked at our issues and walked through the house to look for other causes or issues. He and Tristan explained what they thought was the problem and gave me options for the fix. Found the culprit and continued to check for other problems taking care of all. Gave us preventative ideas and what would need to be watched or updated for the future.
Bottom line is I got great, knowledgeable, service at a very fair price. I will not hesitate to recommend them to close friends or use them in the future.

AJ and his boss were amazing. We were in an impossible situation with our water heater. We were having issues with the financing options and they were able to pull through and help. They said the water heater could explode at any time because the hot and cold inlets are corroding. Especially with the freeze coming into town and we’re out in the country. I really appreciate everything they’re willing to do to help my friend. They literally saved us from the house potentially flooding during the freeze.

I was having a problem with my home heating system. I already had called a few other companies and all I would get was their answering service. I came across Simple Service and I gave them a call. By my surprise they answered. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Tristan. He was more than willing to help and schedule an appointment for me the same day. I met with one of their technicians who conducted himself in a very kind and professional manner. If you have a problem with your heating system try calling for Simple Service, you'll get more than what you demand.

I reached out to Simple Service when I encountered some plumbing issues in my home and he was able to drive all the way from San Antonio to Austin to come check out the problem, give me an estimate & start the process of working to fix the issue. Once he did arrive and inspected the initial concern & it turned out to be a major issue to where we had to be placed in a hotel for a long period of time, Simple Service handled everything with the insurance and made a already hectic ordeal a lot more easy and hassle free for us. Simple Service was also able to work in a nice floor renovation on the WHOLE house & gave us more than we expected from something we originally thought was a “small leak” in our master bathroom. I definitely recommend working with Simple Service and his amazing team for all and any of your plumbing problems not only are they extremely professional but they explains every step along the way & handles everything for you. Our house looks amazing now and the issue was fixed in a timely manner. Couldn’t of worked with a better company.

Adrian and AJ provided top tier customer service. They had to come back twice to ensure the job was done. The second day was the coldest and rainiest of the season and most of their work was complete outside. They remained positive and stayed until the job was done. They fixed the problem.

Woke up yesterday to standing water in the master bath tub. Made the call to Simple Plumbing. AJ and Tristan arrived on time and both presented well. After a thorough evaluation of possible causes and locations they gave me options of what they suspected. I was presented with options and decided on what I was comfortable with. It turned out to be exactly what they had expected and the issue was resolved.
I feel that Simple Plumbing, AJ and Tristan, did not take advantage of my predicament and treated me fairly and honestly. I will call them anytime I have an issue.

I did get a quote to have the drain basket and PVC replaced in the kitchen; the quote is fair and within the expected price range.
