You can say hello or good afternoon to the customers that walk in at least....

I placed an order and after waiting 40+ days, I eventually had to cancel it. They had no answers as to why my order had not shipped. I placed several phone calls with customer service and you never get to speak with anyone. You always have to leave your number and have someone call you back. When I did get to someone, every time they told me they would look into my order and call or email me back with updates. I never once had a return call. It was a very long and frustrating process. They may have low prices, but don't be surprised if you never see your order.

This is very disappointing that I paid and still haven't gotten my products. No one in your call center seems to know whats going on. Still nothing... Mane we need a refund ASAP. This is crazy you took my payment with in minutes but cant refund until weeks?

THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. NOBODY KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON APPARENTLY.

It closed down
