I just wanted to thank “Austin Gonzales” and his delivery team from Fort Bend Music Center for a job well done! I started researching piano’s and came across Austin in his store on North Loop 1604 in San Antonio, TX. I first came to his store asking questions about the differences between the acoustic and digital piano. After the first visit, I came back at least a half dozen times, asking more questions, measuring piano’s, and listening to the different sounds and tones. Each time I arrived at his store, he stopped what he was doing and escorted me, answering all my questions, while providing his expert advice and options. After all my research, I decided the Yamaha CLP795 Digital GP was a good fit for me. Upon delivery, I was correct. The piano is superb! The look, sound quality, and key feel are all outstanding!

Great place and a great experience! Austin was friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service he provided was the best I have seen in a long time. Fort Bend Music Center had an amazing display of pianos and had great pricing. I would recommend this place to anyone in the market for a piano. Just ask for Austin.

We had a fantastic experience at Fort Bend Music Center! Chris was phenomenal to work with. He very generously provided us with a lot of his time and knowledge as he guided us around this fantastic store. He really helped us to carefully select the right piano for our family. Although I can't speak to what their prices are generally, I can say that on the day we went I could not find a better price anywhere online, by about 10-20%. Fort Bend Music Center is awesome! Austin helped me out a lot with buying a piano for the first time. He played almost every piano for me and explained what would be a good fit for me with no rush. Austin didn't try to nickel and dime me either. In fact he offered me a military discount which made purchase easier on the pocket. The delivery team was great as well. Even though I was late for the delivery I scheduled they were very kind and waited until arrived at my home with no extra charge. If you are looking for an instrument to play especially for beginners I recommend that you give Fort Bend Music Center a call.

I love this place! We bought a new digital piano and got the best price around (including Amazon). Austin was knowledgeable, personable, and patient with us. The store was beautiful. They have a great selection of traditional and digital pianos. I'd buy from them again!

When looking for a second piano for my children, I called three piano dealers in San Antonio. Two were music stores that also happened to sell pianos, but I could tell from the start that Fort Bend Music Center specializes in pianos.

The representative named Austin listened to our needs and had a personalized list of available options emailed within an hour. He was available to answer any additional questions by phone and personally showed us around the show room to each of our viable options.

Delivery was scheduled quickly and went smoothly. After a very personalized experience at Fort Bend Music Center resulting in a great piano that fit our specifications, we will recommend it to others and return here for our own future needs as well.

I just bought my first acoustic piano at Fort Bend Music Center. Chris was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable about pianos and pointed me in the right direction on which one might be good for me. I was allowed to sit and play in as many as I wanted and even got to play on the Bosendorfer for fun. The process of the sale was extremely easy and the piano was delivered in only a few days time. Highly recommend Fort Bend to anyone looking to buy a new or used piano!

We walked in, and Austin let me and my son walk around with no hovering or pressure, and we played a few pianos. Then Austin showed us some of the features on the cheaper used one I was looking at as well as some of his skills on the top of the line version, as well as the studio they have. Such a cool place. Austin should give lessons in his spare time! Fun visit.

Fort Bend Music Center is a great place to purchase a piano! They have a wide selection of Yamahas (as the only official Yamaha piano dealer in town), and many other pianos. The staff, Austin and Chris, are very friendly and are more concerned with meeting your piano needs than making a sale. I would recommend them to anyone! Very nice layout and clean place.

It was a pleasure working with Chris to sell our piano. From our first conversation on the phone to receiving a check in the mail, Chris was helpful, informative, and timely. My husband and I visited Fort Bend Music Center as well and listened to some beautiful pianos played by Austin. A really nice place!

Previously, I had contacted another Music Company in which I had purchased my piano from. They could not assist me with ordering a battery for my pocket controller and encouraged me to order the battery from Yamaha. After a third call to that music center I was told that Fort Bend Music Center was the Yamaha dealer in San Antonio.

I called Fort Bend Music Center and spoke with Chris Cline and explained my needs and frustration. He quickly looked up my battery and stated he would order the battery and have it delivered to his store.
Less than 24 hrs later he texted me that the battery was delivered to his store. Upon arrival arrival to Fort Bend Music Center, I was greeted with a welcoming friendly face. Chris quickly brought out the new battery and placed it in the pocket controller.

We visited the store 3 times before purchasing a Yamaha digital piano. Chris was patient, answered all our questions, and did not pressure us in any way. We worked with Chris here to buy a piano and I have to say that he was amazing to work with. He gave us all the information we needed and did not pressure us at all. You can tell that he is extremely passionate about music which makes him especially fun to work with.
