AT&T Store

I went in to get a new screen protector for my iPhone 13.
Mark was the sales associate who assisted me. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
He asked if I had considered an upgrade for my iPhone...
I didn't think I was eligible for an upgrade, but he took the time to look at my account and informed me of my eligibility.
So I walked out with a new screen protector on my 13, with a brand new iPhone 15 on the way!
Mark is an amazing employee, he absolutely represents the core values of AT&T!!
While he was assisting me, another employee kept asking him for advice. Mark was very friendly and calmly answered all her questions professionally.
Mark knows his stuff.
Please give him a raise or a bonus!!!

The location that we went to was on 1604 at the Vineyard shopping center. We were helped right away with no waiting and the service was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful employees! Kudos to Royal and Mike for making it an excellent experience! We recommend AT&T for their above average support and products!! That’s why we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My husband and I just bought new iPhones but our phone carrier had an error in their system and had a problem activating my phone. We called their corporate office and were told they’d get back with us in 72 hours to tell us if they could fix their error. We then went to AT&T at the Vineyard and Jeff was able to get both our phones activated without a problem. Jeff’s customer service skills were great and we were very pleased.

Angelina was Super helpful at this location. She was very detailed oriented in resolving unnecessary charges as well as great product knowledge. Bravo!

I had called almost all AT&T stores in search of the new iPhones 11 pro max. And no one had them!!! After going to two stores and being in process of doing it all. I found this store which they just opened yesterday and they were very kind on the phone, the manager Julian put the phones on hold for us. And we went to the store and come to find out the other stores messed up on our application so we started the whole process again. Mind you I had my 2 year old son with me who was fussing but they were great. And patient. And they even went above and beyond and Julian even went to another store so that me and my husband could both have the series 5 Apple Watch!!! We worked with Sergio, and he was really great. Explained every little question I had. And was very patient with us and porting in from sprint, this was by far easiest transition I’ve ever had. Thanks y’all! So happy with our new phones and watches. We lucked out.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had in an AT&T, Roman could be a literal comedian not to mention his customer service and knowledge was immaculate. This man had us laughing so hard we were crying. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. If you ever go in this store angry better never take it out on my boy Roman because he is the best out there and will make SURE you’re taken care of.

I needed to upgrade my iPhone from the prehistoric model I have been using for years. I had already decided on an iPhone 11 and went to this store to make the purchase. The store was not crowded and Zena helped me buy the phone which I got shipped to the store. After it came in I came back and she did the data transfer from the old phone. It was a very smooth process. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as it happened. If you are not super tech-savvy and need a smart, helpful person to walk you through it, please ask for Zena. You will not be disappointed.

Had issues with my phone replacement and I wasn’t fully understanding how to go about it much less what to do so I went in to my local Vineyard location for help. The manager and her staff were amazing, they went above & beyond to help me. The manager worked with me and provided me with her knowledgeable staff which not only made me a very satisfied customer but helped me out with all of my issues. Plus my wife is now looking into a new updates phone :)

Top notch customer service, Dee went above and beyond our expectations with quality of service and personalisation. Just had a great experience at the ATT store. Got two new phones for my kids and ended up saving money on my entire plan. Destiny was amazing! She was so patient and answers all of my questions. No need to shop around...come

Victor and Jonathan were awesome and patient! We came in multiple times trying to decide on a new phone plan and new phones, and they were attentive and patient every time. When we were finally ready they both worked with our family of 4 getting everything transferred over and set up perfect! Way to go guys, and thank you!!

I had an issue with our phones but Mary Ann really took care of me. I hope the bosses read these reviews, because they should know that Mary Ann is a good ambassador for their company. You all need to work hard to retain people like her. I can’t say how thank I am for her diligence in solving our problem. This is the ATT store at 1604 at Blanco. Go see them. This is a good group of folks.

Ana, Julian and Sergio were so helpful, friendly and patient with me I sent my sweet 83 year old mom over to them the next day to help her set up the new iPhone we got her for Christmas! AMAZING customer service!!!

I have never left a Google review before, but I feel as if this one is well deserved. Yesterday, I had to switch from T-Mobile to AT&T, and there were several hiccups in the process. Ultimately, the process ended up taking 8 hours long. Tracy (the AT&T team member helping me) worked 8 HOURS STRAIGHT to fix the problem- no lunch break, no time away, etc. I have never seen dedication to customer service like this, which is why I’d like to call it out. Thank you Tracy, and thank you AT&T team!

Great service, the people at this branch were great helping me with all my wireless needs for my company.

We had a tremendous experience getting our iPhone set up and our assistant already alerted us to better deals for our current plan. We’ll definitely be back.
