Staff is knowledgeable about what they offer and even what they don’t, friendly and very helpful without being pushy. I do wish Teresa still worked here but she moved. Great shopping experience always.

This store is amazing! I just had a horrible experience at the GameStop on post, but this location is 1000x better! Tristan and Aiden were awesome and professional. I appreciated their customer service very much. Keep it up, guys!

We went to 3 game stops to try to buy a new Xbox X and trade in our old console and had issues at a couple other locations. The other employees were confused about available deals and bundles and had issues with the trade in.

Jordan at this location was FANTASTIC and so friendly and knowledgeable and professional. He answered all our questions and got all of our transactions taken care of quickly.

Tristan is an amazing person. Supports his troops and made me a believer of Gamestop stores again. Aiden was also very helpful and professional. Will come again.

Garrett helped me sell two consoles, purchase a new console, helped me find an item I wanted at another store, and answered all my questions I had about my new console. He did all of this while assisting tons of other people at the same time and keeping a smile on his face. Dude was awesome. Thanks bro!

This has been our goto location for years. The employees are always so friendly and nice and fun to talk to. I have never had a bad experience going here!

Great location James the store manager is always very attentive. He always talk customer level no matter their age. My 8 year old son loves coming here. Keep up the great work.

Ironically I left the store today w an unresolved issue, but the only reason I even HAVE an issue is that I didn't pick up my curbside order in a timely fashion. My money has not been refunded & I didn't get my games, but I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that my refund is pending. Tbh my bank is kind of the worst, lol..

Anywho, to whomever it may concern, I just wanted to make mention of the young lady who assisted me in store today, & I'm kicking myself for not asking for her name. She mentioned to another guest that she had transferred from the Austin Hwy location recently. She must have been the most polite, professional, pleasant, personable, problem-solving individual I've had the good fortune to cross paths w in the retail and/or service industry. She was just lovely all around & I'd love to recommend her for a raise &/or promotion :) Her demeanor & the effect it had on me is certainly the only reason I'm walking away from this experience leaving all 5 stars, & taking the time to type all this out on my horrible phone w my fat clumsy thumbsies.

Don't know her name. Give her a raise. Have her teach all subsequent employees how to empathize w guests & curb what could otherwise be very frustrated guests reactions. She is wonderful. That is all

The manager at this store is an amazing guy, he is very helpful and helped me out a lot!

The employees at Game Stop always greet you when you enter the store and are more than willing to help you with anything you need. Always eager to help out with all tour gaming needs. Will look in the system to find items that you are looking for and will call another store to help you fund just what you need.

Love coming to this location. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They always greet you even if they're busy.
When I go in I don't get asked a lot of questions or bothered too much which is nice Buuuuut when I do want to have convos with the staff about games, I get to geek out a bit. They def inform you on games coming out or anything new in the gaming world. They're also really, really helpful when youre looking for something and even if they don't have it at their store they'll look at other locations. Or theyll find something similar. Whoever manages this location you should def feel proud about your staff they're amazing !

There are many GameStop’s but this one has been my favorite. Manny is amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable and makes the store amazing.

The best!!! I go in this location so often they know me already!!! The guys are so helpful an knowledgeable, never purchased a game I didnt like with their help. Only negative thing would be the parking but still worth going to bc the staff an now that they are prestige!!! Alot more exclusive stuff!! They even thanked their customers for helping become prestige. They really care about their customers!!

Really like the two guys they got working there right now.. Very friendly and quick service. Its still gamestop but these dudes are good workers.
