AT&T Store

I first went to this store in 2019 to get 4 upgraded phones…and a family plan: one for my daughter going off to college, one for my elderly dad, elderly mom, and then one for myself ,a secondary teacher entering into retirement. I drove in from the Dallas area but I went to this store because they were the closest store to the retirement community my parents resided in.
Since then, this is been my go to store for anything I need phone related. In the past five years, I have had to visit the store for technical issues, for phone replacement, just for explaining to me things about the phone. EVERY TIME I have gone to this store I have had ease in parking, not very long wait times, one on one customer service, but most of all SUCCESS in what I needed.
I still live an hour and a half away from the store, but I will continue to go to THIS store to get any kind of assistance I need. In the past five years I have had different store managers there to help me, but ALL of them have been AMAZING. Very patient with me and my elderly parents, patient with my lack of knowledge on the new technology that’s out with phones. There was a time when the AT&T phone people tried to refer me to a much closer, nicer, bigger and newer store. I drove into the parking lot and thought no way am I gonna do this …..there was a long wait even though I had an appointment, the employees were not able to help me. So I left and drove clearly across town an hour away to THIS store because I knew I could get the one on one service that I like having.
This is a smaller neighborhood type store. But the people have ALWAYS been polite and professional, if they couldn’t help me, they would find another employee in the store who could or they would get on the phone with AT&T support themselves.. I have NEVER had a bad experience or been dissatisfied with anything I have ever received from the store.
In the past five years, I have probably had to go to the store over 10 or 12 times to get my phone or my two elderly parents, phone situation squared away or straightened out etc. And EVERY single time I have had success.
recently, the store manager Enrique has had to help me as I came into town multiple trips, over a four or five week period . With two or three different phones that I ordered or got for my 92 year old dad. My dad didn’t care for any of the phones they weren’t working the way he wanted with ease, volume, etc. EVERY single time Enrique was patient with me, he would do what he could to assist me even if he was unfamiliar with the phone because it was “old school flip” lol, he would figure it out and resolve the issues. He was amazing. There was another gentleman.( I believe his name was Brandon, I may be mistaken) but he was just as awesome. As I said, I live an hour and a half away and I would ….WILL drive all the way across San Antonio from the Medina Lake area….deal with loop 1604 traffic and construction just to go to this store because I KNOW I will be HEARD with my phone concerns and SINCERE, PROFESSIONAL efforts would be made in resolving my needs.
I am a retired public school teacher of 33 years, and currently the Director of youth ministry, my daughter is an ICU nurse, my father is a retired Air Force Colonel, my late mother was a homemaker. The only reason I am mentioning this is show the DIFFERENT realm of needs that we all had with our use of a cell phone. Enrique did a wonderful job! Was there for less that 10 minutes and helped me out with everything I was looking for and More! This man went above and beyond to help me and was very patient with me as well! I highly recommend asking for Enrique!

Ben was an absolute gem he was helpful patient kind with me and my hearing aids the apps the upgrade he transferred all my apps and had my new phone up and running in no time. The best day we brought our older phones and Brandon was another gem helping us with our accounts.

Me and my family had a great experience. I needed a new phone since while on vacation my phone was fried by water. Leslie at AT&T was very helpful and even helped me adjust my plan to get a lower monthly price and better plan. She went above and beyond by taking her lunch break to show us a
local food place and helped us order since there was a language issue. I was surprised to learn she spoke 3 languages and sign language. After lunch I had to go back to ask a question about my new phone and she was able to help right away while my family waited in the car. I highly recommend this store.

One of the closer ATT store to me and it’s my favorite because of Leslie. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, made sure to get me squared away with all my necessities to make my experience a 10/10! Telling all my friends about her and this location

this is the first time to purchase two iPhones for me and my daughter it was a exciting moment to finally owe one

The reps here always go above and beyond. They are a little short staffed and have been for a while I’ve noticed, but that never gets in the way of them taking care of me or the customers around me. Keep up the good work guys!

This is a great store Nathaniel manager was excellent in helping along with Rebecca an associate. I was there yesterday afternoon I had the best experience at this store. Best customer. Thank you

The service was phenomenal! As soon as I walked in the customer service rep immediately came to me asking how he could help. Not only did he make conversation while addressing my needs but he was able to help me find discounts to save money while buying/trading in for a new phone. Overall, he was courteous and attentive to my needs. Very good service!

The manager Justin and his crew were extremely patient, helpful, and professional with my wife and I as we needed help with some activation and account trouble from our online Prepaid purchases. They went above and beyond to make a bunch of phone calls to resolve the issue for us so we could have a Merry Christmas. This staff gave me the best customer service I have ever received!

Manager went above and beyond on assisting me and was very professional. I was enrolled with first net and it was a horrible experience and I was contemplating on just leaving AT&T because of that but he managed to keep me as a customer and assisted me very professionally. I will continue to recommend AT&T and specifically this location it was very nice and clean and organized! AT&T is definitely very lucky to have him as an employee.

Came into the store because my phones battery was not holding a charge left with a awesome new phone. I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received at this location the manager Justin is the best. I highly recommend Justin and his staff very friendly and very knowledgeable about all AT&T products. I will definitely be doing all my business here going forward.

Sharon was amazing! I needed a brand new phone and she was able to get me the cheapest price! No face covering necessary! I feel bad for the workers that still need to wear one, though. Excellent service!

I always have great customer service

I must say I had an exceptional experience at this location. Chris walked me through every step, insured that I understood my new phone, and even gave me that warm fuzzy feeling your get when you know your being treated like a VIP customer. We also bought accessories and he took the initiative to explain how my monthly bill is detailed. Chris is what customer service is. I thank you Chris and thank you for your great service. Will highly recommend this location, and will HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHRIS

Enrique and his co-worker (young lady) were very attentive when I went into this store. They took the time to answer my many questions without ever hinting at any frustrations. Additionally, I asked for my activation fee to be waived given my employer. Since the manager, Justin Flanagan, was not there at the time, Enrique called him and allowed me to speak with him. Justin was very pleasant and promised to take care of it the next day when he went into the store. Too often, people say they will do things and just forget... I just viewed my bill, and I was pleasantly surprised that Justin did exactly as he promised. Thank you for the excellent customer service!!!

Great customer service! Michael Morales was very helpful and always is! Great at getting me the best plan and always helped me get the newest products. Will definitely always go back to this location for fast help and the friendly staff! I could definitely see him being a manager of this location, I was surprised when he told me he was the assistant manager of this location!

Every time I come in to this location, I get great customer service. I've been lucky enough to do business with Bobbie the last few times I've come in and she really goes above and beyond to make sure that I am happy at the end of my transaction. I will continue to return to this location when I am ready to purchase or add another line.
