My wife and I met Ruby at what we called a “Random Window Shopping” open house in our mother’s neighborhood back in 2022 and let me just say what an adventure is has been! We would have never guessed we begin our home buying journey from that moment. I will request this team every single time! My case was normal and after some unfortunate financial hardship, it was much more complicated. Through the VA Loan I bought my first home and then later would be facing foreclosure.

I bought my home with Kecia Marquez using my VA Loan, She was tirelessly working with me to get me in the home me and my family would live in. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions. It was at my pace and convivence. She listened and provided me with countless options to choose from. We viewed multiple homes and I did not once feel the need to settle. I found my home and she was on it. Soon there after we were closing. Kecia made this an exciting experience.

After some time I fell into a financial hardship. I had to sell my home. I called Kecia and she immediately took on my situation with invaluable experience and a wide network of colleagues under her belt. If she did not know, she knew someone who did. The VA was persistent on receiving their money as I had waited too long. I thought I blew it and would have to face the repercussions of foreclosure . Kecia informed me that there were more options than I thought. We went through our options before something stuck. Through some negotiation she was able to extend the foreclosure enough for us to find a buyer. We just closed and I have had an enormous weight lifted.

Throughout my experience, both times with Kecia, she was genuine and was looking out for me and my family as you would want a friend to do. I have been blessed to have had Kecia and her team! Because of this experience I consider Kecia a family friend and will always request I have her on my side. I did it right the first time in choosing her team!

We were so blessed to find Cynthia. We started our search not 100% sure what we were looking for. Susan Barrera was great, we had a new construction home that lasted well over a year, she was there every step of the way. Due to delays in the build, we also decided to look at existing homes. Susan was very knowledgeable about the area, could quickly pull comps, and was willing to meet us on short notice.
