Every single person that works there that we've had the joy of running into has been amazing. Everyone is nice, polite, and treats you like a friend. Every meal we've had there, we've wanted to personally thank the chef. We haven't had a single issue, and we go at least once a week. Whoever does your hiring should get a Rais as well as all the staff! Great place to hang!

Beautiful place to stubble in to. What a pleasant surprise. Our meal was soooo good from the pretzel to the main meals. Each of us had something different and all was good. Kid and pet friendly. Our server was helpful and very pleasant. We were not hurried or made to feel like they wanted us to eat and get out. It was a delightful time with my family. I will return and I recommend it it highly to anyone that wants a good time, good meal.

I came with a diners group of probably 15 or more, and without a doubt, I can say the staff was amazing and very attentive.

My wife and I both ordered the chicken fried steak, and it was perfectly done. With that, we had the mashed potatoes and southwestern rice. The potatoes were a tad lumpy, which is fine by me. It makes it feel like real potatoes were used and not a boxed powder, and the rice was a little dry, but that didn't stop me from cleaning my plate.

Our son ordered the brick chicken mac and cheese and I told him to be wary of the red peppers as he has no ability to handle hot food and of course he complained to me but I tried it and it was fine. I'm glad to see hot gooey cheese and not dried up noodles.

For dessert, her and our son split the brownie, and it was impressive looking while I ordered the cheesecake, which happened to be oreo but didn't taste like it. Still, it was a fine cheesecake.

All in all, like they say, if you want the sports bar atmosphere with better quality food this place has you covered.

This place is a Treasure in San Antonio! DELICIOUS and SPECTACULAR food and the drinks were AMAZING! Peyton, Alex, and Abdi were AWESOME at the bar. Highly Recommend, and I'll Definitely come back.

Husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary and our visit was wonderful. Our server was knowledgeable on drink and food menu.
Our 8 oz filet mignon was cooked perfectly.
Never had fried cheddar cheese placed on mashed potatoes but it made the dish unique.

We really loved this place the staff were extra friendly and engaging. When we came in the bartender came over to greet at the hostess stand so we didn't have to wait to be seated. I thought this was very attentive. He was very friendly talkative and got us excited to see what was on the menu. Are server came right over and we received the same vibe. Since this was our first time she had suggestions on which items were popular and which items we might like. Our food came out fairly quickly and it was yummy. I had the French onion truffle burger and my wife had the chicken sliders with whit gravy. Bothe were very good. Although I must say I expected the chicken sliders to have more flavor but dunking them in the sauces provides made up for that. Since this was our first time our server provided us a the peach cake for dessert on the house. I thought that was a nice touch. We will definitely return.

Stopped by for happy hour on a Friday. It was busy, but there were plenty of open tables around the bar and the dining area was about 75% full. The bar staff was great as there were two working the bar tables. They worked really well together and both equally stopped by to take orders and make sure everything was ok.

Ordered a few different cocktails, lettuce wraps, and the Cover 3 salad with Shrimp. Service was extremely fast and friendly. Food came out within 10 minutes and drinks were only a few minutes at a time. Food was good and perfect for sharing over a few drinks.

Came here for lunch a few times, but this was the first time for happy hour and will be back.

Good food! Good drinks! Good service! We ordered the Triple, Mahi Mahi Tacos and the Brick Chicken Man-N-Cheese. The Brick Chicken Man-N-Cheese was something special! The cocktails were perfect...the C-3 Old Fashioned and Bourbon-Mint Black Cherry Lemonade. I love the upscale sports bar atmosphere.

Update on 2/17/2024: I stopped in after a little shopping and decided to grab lunch at the bar. I believe my bartender's name was Abdi. He provided some of the best service I've had in a long time. He asked how I like my old fashioned made and got it to perfection. I asked if the tails come on the blackened chicken and shrimp pasta. He said we can make anything without tails. I appreciate that because I hate tails on my shrimp in pasta. And the pasta was absolutely delicious. What a nice treat in the middle of my shopping day!

We hosted a happy hour with Cover 3 and they were amazing! Everyone was so nice and attentive.

This was our first time there and we really enjoyed it. I don’t know if I would get the fries again but everything else I would. We sat outside in the evening and loved it. They have pretty lights and TVs which usually have the game on it. Customer service was great. Clean restaurant. We will definitely go again.

First time here & we had a great time. Our server, Katherine, was AMAZING. Drinks were awesome. We had bloody mary & the C3 cosmo! Super yummy. I ordered Mahi Mahi Tacos which was delicious & my husband ordered the Hickory Burger & onion rings. Desert was sooo good!!! Everything was just perfect. We will be back definitely. Thanks for everything!

Really wide and delicious selection of food and very good bloody mary and mimosa bar. The service was spot on! The food and drinks were reasonably priced as well. We will definitely be back.

My first time there was a great experience. I loved the atmosphere. We sat at the bar, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. We were there around brunch time. It was not too crowded. I absolutely loved their Bloody Mary, the taste was just so savory I took my time with it! Food prices are reasonable for their serving sizes. I had a Chicken Chop salad, and it was so flavorful and delicious! The salad has bite-size spicy chicken tenders that go just perfectly with the bleu cheese. This salad has egg in it as well.
The place felt a bit cold, but it was cold outside. They adjusted the temperature without any issues, once we let them know. There is an outdoor area, but it was too cold and windy to be out there.
Facilities were nice and clean!

The best steak and pasta meals and mixed drinks we've had. It was Better than Hells Kitchen in Vegas good! We're definitely coming back. The manager Jeffery was super nice and attentive.

A better than average sport style restaurant and bar. Large and clean with indoor and outdoor dining. Service is good and the food well prepared. I enjoyed a Reubens sandwich very tasty.

I hadn’t been to Cover 3 since pre-COVID. Overall a great experience. The service was excellent, a guy. He was spot on with my active grandson. The food ordering, coming out fast was perfect. We ordered the burger & fries: I loved the fries very skinny, the opposite of fat cottage fries. Huge burger & the bread was soft & warm. The wedge salad was better than expected great chunks of blue cheese. The pasta & chicken excellent. Lastly, my dish- wow! I had the dynamite shrimp. It was on a bed of rice. It was similar to deconstructed-salad!! Presentation was beautiful! Very fresh veggies tomato, carrots, avocados. Other employees were also very happy looking & helpful. The large patio is the best with a full cover & heaters and a gorgeous huge fireplace!
The only downside I could see was a few smells, and didn’t seem to clean ( the floor). I saw trash cans & mops out in customer sight. As I chased my toddler around I could see some very sloppy& untidy areas. They weren’t in process of clean either. I would like to test more in afternoon daylight!

Amazing place, wonderful staff, and absolutely mouth watering burgers. Drinks were made with perfect and the desserts were to die for!! Will come back for sure!!

We had a large birthday party there and were seated on the porch. There was a DJ out there and it was very loud. Other than that it was a great experience.

Wings were top notch. Delicious draft beer. Service was exceptional. Never had an empty water, was always attentive but not overly intrusive by any means. Great atmosphere.

Update: Came by for their restaurant week special and remembered why we like this place so much. I had the chicken gumbo to start, which was basically shredded chicken in gravy on top of a bed of rice and ohhhmahhgaww 🤤😏 it made me feel things. For the entree I had meatloaf and my wife had a pork chop. Both were tender and beautifully cooked. The pork chop may have had too much sauce but we still ate it all. Dessert was banana pudding which was exquisite 👌

Original: I've always thought this place was more upscale from the outside. It's actually a nice casual eatery/bar. The food is delicious and the service is great. Everything is fairly priced and you don't have to break the bank.
We started with The Triple, which is 3 different dips (guac, queso, and salsa) served with chips.
I had the chicken mac and cheese. Not your traditional mac n cheese. Had a little spice while the chicken balanced it out with a lime seasoning.
Others in the group ordered a flank steak and cheeseburger. Everyone enjoyed their food and agreed with the above rating. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a casual lunch/dinner away from the commercial restaurant experiences.
