I cannot say how attentive the whole Doninion Design team was. Our project was no small project either. From 146” screen, TVs and mounting, sound system, complete Lutron connection, surveillance system, cable management, motorized TVs, Gate Access control and a ton of other things. Beyond impressed and satisfied with the countless hours put into our project.

Dominion Design seems to hire the most qualified technicians which, in the long run, saves money for their clients. Always on time and no time wasting. Richard fixed my alarm issues and even got my complicated TV back in business!!!

Purchased a condo with an existing system designed by Dominion. Have been so happy with the support we have received from Ronnie and the team to adapt this complex system to our own needs. I purchased my alarm equipment through Dominion for my small business. The Manager, Joseph and his team are on point. They showed me different security options and helped me decide what system would be best for my store. Installation went quick and easy. They cleaned up their mess when they were done and walked me through how to use the system. Also, ANYTIME I have a question about the system they have always been able to walk me through it. Any of the Dominion staff helping you will be awesome, but as a team they are unbeatable in integrity, trust, quality, cost, and kindness. They aren't "just" technicians...they're professionals through and through. I've left them at my home and business alone and have never once been concerned. Dominion Design and Integration installed my home automation (smart home), Audio/Video equipment, Security Alarm system They also hung several televisions and installed and set-up a home network with several access points. Their attention to detail is amazing. They are extremely professional, courteous, and they just know exactly what they are doing. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with everything, and if you want something tweaked, they take care of it without hesitation. They clean up when the project is over and leave your home looking like it did before they started. I recently had the Dominion team activate and update my home security system complete with several cameras, smart door lock and updated door sensors. My experience was fantastic! Alfonso, Trevor and Jerry were absolute professionals installing and configuring my system and left my house better than they found it. My husband, Tim and I purchased a home theater system. Trey measured and recommended a system, gave us some options and once we decided on a system the rest was seamless. The installation was efficient, professional and the follow up was exceptional!! As a design professional I love working with this great team of people at Dominion Design and Integration. I have worked with this group for several years on multiple projects and have always had a positive experience. We recently had an Art TV installed in our office and was able to experience things from a customers point of view and once again they did not disappoint. Dominion did the planning and installation of our audio, video and security systems in our new home. They were terrific at helping us to plan the work. Their installation crew was very good and very responsive. Martin Del Hierro in particular stands out for being willing to work hard to trouble shoot all problems. For several years Dominion Design has set up and repaired various television set, audio amps and speakers, programmed universal remote controls in our home. On the most recent service call the technician installed and set up two new 4K Blueray DVD players and adjusted universal remote controls for the new installation. As in the past every technician from Dominion Design has the knowledge and skill needed for each task we gave them. We now use no other technical service and depend on Dominion Design. I recommend them to others.

Dominion did an outstanding job installing a new home theater and mult-room speaker system in our remodel. Martin and his team made sure to invest the time to understand what I wanted in the system and gave good advice on various options to optimize the audio/visual experience with cost/benefit options.

They gave detailed bid on the work and ensured I signed off before the work began which is an important, but too often overlooked, practice by some companies.

Martin and team then met the timeline to get the system in as promised. I was very impressed with the diligence and pride in getting the work done on time and with quality. They also confirmed things like in-ceiling speaker placement and other features along the way.

Once it was set up, Martin gave me a walk through of how to use the remote and how the equipment was set up in the A/V closet.

I was extremely impressed with Martin’s detailed knowledge of the optimal equipment to use in terms of speakers and various electronics. Martin’s customer service since the install has been just as impressive as during the installation. He takes extreme pride in customer satisfaction and has always been available whenever I’ve had any questions to walk me through it or make a visit to our home if needed. It’s been one of the best service/quality experiences I’ve had a long while.

The sound quality from the 10 speaker system Dominion installed across several rooms is absolutely amazing. Every speaker is aligned perfectly and the bass, mids and highs balance perfectly with a lot of volume to fill up the rooms when we need it.

I have only good things to say about Dominion as a company from my experience, and Martin’s customer service in particular. I would highly recommend Dominion to anyone

They know their stuff and stay on top of the latest in technology to address a variety of entertainment needs/wants. They always have courteous and capable staff. I highly recommend them!

I just recently began working with Dominion Design and Integration. I am extremely impressed with their timeliness, attention to detail, and customer support. Every member of the team has been helpful with getting after my issues, especially Stephen in the service department. I also want to recognize the young lady that answers the phone, I can be persistent, but she answers the phone pleasantly every time and is very helpful with connecting calls. I would recommend this company to others for sure.

From Sean to Jesse to Trey, we loved our experience with Dominion Design. They allowed us to use some of our own pieces (Sonos, speakers, cameras, etc) and focused on completing the wiring for us throughout the house (cat5, coax, cat5 for video, etc.) with a neat integrated A/V closet with a professional panel and ventilation. Would definitely recommend to others!
