They will have what you need they will get what you want. Or, If you have no clue what you need or want (like me), they have you covered!

There was NO shady sales tactics or pressuring vibes. Some other places will try to upsell you or buy extra “fluff stuff”. Not here!

Business was conveniently located. The inside is clean and well organized.

My visit was quick, efficient, and best of all the customer service was personable and extraordinary.

Hands down, this was the best customer service I think I’ve ever received from a company 😊 I ordered the THSBOA starter package yesterday (Monday, Oct. 17), paid for regular shipping (from San Antonio to Houston), and it was literally delivered to my house this morning (Tuesday, Oct 18) before noon. That means moments after receiving my order yesterday, the team at Ump Junk fulfilled it & shipped it out in a matter of minutes! The order was not only fast, but it was also 100% accurate! Love this lil store in San Antonio, Texas!!! This is my go to store for all my baseball umpire needs. Found it bout a year ago while looking for some new umpire shirts online for myself and my umpire partner “ my son “ which is a blast in itself calling games with him. Just ordered some new shirts and looking forward to 2022 spring season! Do yourself a favor and shop Ump Junk!!!!

Ordered a THSBOA (Texas High School Basketball Officials Association) referee starter kit on Sept. 13th.
Customer service was not only very friendly, but was very accommodating in making a change to my order.
Order was shipped same day and I received it a day early, on Sept. 15th.

All items in the order were received. Will definitely recommend Ump Junk to all my fellow officials for their officiating gear.

Very helpful and knowledgeable.The lady that helped me is an Umpire herself.I had a few questions as I am just starting out.She answered them politely.Also met a gentelman while there who has been an baseball umpire since the late 1960s.He also offered some advice.Overall an great experience.
