Eldorado Fine Cigars

Wow very nice cigar lounge I have been there 2 times already it's my cigar lounge if in the area. Very good customer service. Also can bring in your drinks in.

These cigars are the ones I bought so far at the cigar lounge. I only go once a week to smoke so will have pardon etc

Great staff and great atmosphere. Austin always tries to get to know everyone who comes in. It is bring your own alcohol. They take care of you here.

Staff is both helpful and friendly.
Pipe tobacco selection is limited, but flavors offer a good range of choice.
Veteran discounts are offered from what I gathered, and humidor looked well maintained.
Seating area was well maintained and clean, and location was inviting.
Will definitely be back.

Great lounge for a laid-back visit with friends and visitors. The staff is very knowledgeable and are happy to help a novice or suggest a cigar for the experienced smoker.

Truly an amazing store that I found on a whim. As a total newbie to cigar with one or 2 under my belt, I was greeted by Austin who welcomed me in to the store and humidor to find something to fit my palate and budget. After enjoying a cigar in the lounge I felt welcome as if I was one of the boys. I cannot recommend a better store in McKinney with a tight knit feel comparable to Eldorado Fine Cigars.

This is one of my favorite places to get sticks! Alex and his staff are always friendly and helpful and I am always met with a hello and a hand shake. It is a smaller shop so they may not carry every stick imaginable but they do keep a well stocked humidor with lots of quality cigars! Do yourself a favor and stop in and see Alex sometime, you'll be glad you did!!

Place deserves 5 stars. Much more better than any other cigar lounges in the area. Other lounges are filled with ash and filth but this one is so clean. Even the air was clean. 💯

The Rockwall location was the most unique lounge I've ever seen! This house is so cozy and the staff (Bridge is the bomb dot com) was so helpful. I was happy with my purchase and continued talking with Bridge. I was persuaded into swiping two more sticks!

Great selection, great atmosphere, great employees. Every time I've come in here the employees have been so informative and helpful! The vibe is cool and relaxing. They also have some certain cigars that are usually out of stock everywhere else (not gonna tell ya which ones!). Thanks guys!

The McKinney location is amazing. They have a great selection of premium cigars for every budget. The staff is amazingly friendly and they even call you by your name when you become a regular. The patrons are also a great addition to the whole experience. It's a nice place filled with nice people. If you're in the area, do not hesitate and pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed.

The customer service at Eldorado Fine Cigars is unmatched. They take their time with you and get to know your pallet so when you come in, they always have the best and strongest recommendation according to your taste in cigars.

They make you feel like family always greeting you with a firm handshake or a big hug. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for your cigars...this place is the only place you need. They have set the benchmark for all other cigar shops to follow.

Alex, the owner, is always friendly, quick to offer help when needed, and never pushy. He has a good selection of smokes, and prices are reasonable. I've been there about twice per month over the past three months, and he greets me by name at the door. It's great to have a hometown shop where convenience isn't the only factor in giving them my business.

Kurt and staff are a great resource for newbies and veterans alike. The other shops in towns that sell cigars wish they could provide this level of service and appeal. Only place I go now in Mckinney.

Amazing service and the price of the cigars were fair compared to other cigars shopes I have been to. Big humidor with verity of cigar selections to chose from.The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable of all the brands he carries. I finally found the place to get my cigars...

Alex is awesome. My wife prefers to only get our cigars from Alex's store. He's always friendly and helpful. We recommend Alex and his store for your cigar needs.

Kurt, Kay, Austin, and the whole gang at Eldorado Fine Cigar are the best. I enjoy the close knit community that EFC has created and the cigar selection is the best in the area. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide top notch customer service. EFC is my favorite lounge bar none!!

My husband and I were just looking for a lighter because he forgot it at home and stumbled upon Eldorado’s. Hospitality is beyond rating!!! Was just down for a baseball tournament, but when we return back to Dallas, we will definitely go back to Eldorado’s!!!!

Stopped by on our way home. He was super friendly, gave us a tour and the place was really nice!
