You get what you pay for at Lifetime. Pickleball courts have been recently added. More classes are routinely added. If you take advantage of all the classes and amenities offered in your membership not only will you see results with yourself, but you will also realize it is money well spent on your health and well-being. I've traveled to their other gyms and the quality of the people, facilities and service do not waiver. More workstations/seating are being added for members who work and play at the gym. **New seating area added for those who work from home or need more space.**

Great facility! All-in-one place to go to work out play basketball, pickleball, and pelnty if swimming lanes. Totally worth it to be a part of this Life Time community.

I’ve gone to Lifetime at The Rim for over 2 years now. There isn’t any comparison to another gym in San Antonio. The convenience is high and they’re very family friendly, they really go out of their way for kids. I’m not a parent but I do witness the care they provide. The recent remodel and renovation helped a lot of things, more squat racks and more group training opportunities. While I don’t participate, I can appreciate what they do having ran the fitness program at my former Squadron at my last Base (yea I’m Military). The staff always has a positive attitude and some even remember me 😅. The only gym that has a steam room and sauna. They have great amenities. I mean, it’s pricey, I pay $193 for my boyfriend and I. Comes recommended. To be fair, I have to include some things I don’t like, and tbh it’s a stretch, but I can’t stand when they put new towels up without washing them first, covering your face in lent. I also don’t like getting long hair stuck to me from the towels, lol, I’ve literally had to explain to my boyfriend why I have a woman’s hair on me and my clothes 😅. They do a great job at this gym but there’s always room for improvement 💪🏽.

Awesome fun, loads of machines and equipment. Plenty of benches, squat racks and the dumb bells go up to 120lbs

The Lifetime at the Rim is a great club to be a part of. Up to date equipment, tons of classes to choose from, clean facilities, and friendly staff. Feels like leadership has a clear direction and high expectations for team members. Thank you for giving me a great space to do what I enjoy.

My 5 star rating is for the customer service my husband received from Ian over the weekend. We have to move to another state rather abruptly, and he was able to help us out with our membership. I have been feeling annoyed with their hours and pricing lately, but the way that Ian handled our situation has made me feel better about our decision to keep our membership!

Coach Cera is an excellent personal trainer and small group coach. I’ve done 3 classes with her now and am looking forward to doing more. It’s refreshing to have someone knowledgeable who is able to teach and use simple cues to correct form and technique. Highly recommend this gym and signing up for Cera’s classes or as a personal trainer.

Best gym in San Antonio. Can always find classes, meet new people and create a healthy lifestyle here. My daughter loves Cheer and Gymnastics

I’ve been going to lifetime at the rim for almost 5 years now. In my whole time coming, I’ve never felt more invited, appreciated or welcome than I do walking in with the staff currently there. Eli Quivey has made a huge difference in the way people are welcomed in the front door. He asks how you’re doing, always has something kind to say, and a smile on his face! He is an awesome representation of the club!

Meme bet for 2 years here. Staff is amazing, amenities are always clean and well maintained. I decided to give it 5 stars because they deserve it. However, the crowd is now out of control. It doesn’t matter if you come in the morning, noon, afternoon or night, always expect the gym to be incredibly busy. The maintenance team is great, but whoever their contractor is takes for ever to fix stuff.

Note:
The little chihuahua you see in one of the reviews is a service dog and you won’t even notice the little one. All it does is giving people a smile with his cuteness. 🐶

I love Lifetime! I’m a full time nurse and work 3 12 hour shifts, and also have 2 toddlers. Back in October I made a commitment to myself to get healthy and invest in myself. I worked Covid ICU for the previous 2 years and gained a lot of weight from the stress, as well as having a baby. I was the heaviest I had EVER been in my life, and I decided it was time to do something about it. Now, I’m 40lbs down in 6 months! I actually want to come. Everyone is so nice and knows you by name. My kids love the girls at kids club and they know them by name too. It’s a great stress reliever to do my workout and then have time to shower, get dressed for the day, and chill on the couches reading my book and eat something uninterrupted (they will watch them for up to 2.5 hours). Sometimes I go to the hot tub, and my kids love the pool. If you know anyone who's looking for a PT, definitely send them Drew's way. I’ve been working with him for 6 weeks now, and have already seen huge results. I’m stronger, and my clothes fit way looser. He's so awesome. Nothing like I expected. He cares about you as a person, what's going on in your life, and adapts to you. He's not mean or pushy or intimidating. But he still is supportive and encouraging. He doesn't force you into anything. Yes, this place is expensive. But I see it as an investment. I’m investing in my mental and physical health. Plus with as much as I cut down on fast food, it really isn’t that much more. Definitely recommend! The equipment, facilities and staff are top notch.

Lifetime is open and I alway get a good workout here, lockers and Sauna are open
Yoga classes are part of your monthly fee but you have to pre register for them. Also several pools are available both indoor and out

A couple of machines are out of order, but even though it's been busy they still manage to keep it clean

All the equipment I need and more is available, even during packed hours I’m usually able to stay consistent working out what I plan on doing for the day. Great gym and staff members, especially the ones that keep the place clean, great job on those guys.

I was a member 10 years ago and could tell the staff culture has shifted 180. It went from rude and lazy to kind and considerate. I commend the new GM Mr. Morehouse on this culture shift. I’ve seen him pick up trash and towels with a smile and honor those who work for him. I’m pleased with the staff at the pool, to the cafe, to the Kid’s Academy, and other departments. They really want to help members reach their health goals.

Typically I don't ever write reviews, however, the front team member Gloria at Lifetime at the rim represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to questions were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly and not have second-guess emotions. Better than Golds, LA fitness, Plant fitness, and any other local gym in the area. I have been a member of all since 2013 and am happy to call LIFETIME my home gym now. Thank you, Gloria!

My kids and I love lifetime. Being able to take them to the kids club while I workout and relax then take them swimming has kept me sane this summer. Not to mention being able to get a haircut or pedicure or any other service their full salon offers w/o having to rely on finding a babysitter. Lifetime really does make self care easier.

I've been a member at lifetime at the Rim since before the pandemic. And they have been wonderful in setting everything up for the return to a normal feeling. My reactivation to the gym was very seemless with great communication and exceptional service. Working with Ian the accounts manager was a phenomenal experience! He helped set everything up the way it was and we are back to working out again like we were in the past. If you are ever looking to set up a membership or this gym has a great staff with awesome amenities!

We've been member for 6 months or so. We love it . It's a bit pricey but not cause of the area if you only come a handful of times you get your money's worth. Gym, spa, pools, cafe, saloon, hot tub, BB court so much more. Staff is amazing locker rooms always clean all is provided in the showers and dressing area. So actually pretty affordable for such an amazing place. Thank you management for running suck a great place!

Our family loves this gym. Great spaces for work out, find, and relaxation for adults, toddlers, and infants. Summer season is unbeatable with the outdoor pool. Great service from all staff members.
