Fantastic service. My phone was in excellent condition and it shipped promptly. They even sent me a link to a video of them boxing the phone for shipment, and the customer service was very good as well. For phone shopping, these guys are definitely worth considering at the very least.

I bought two phones, one described as good condition w/minor cosmetic marks, and one as in excellent condition. In fact both were perfect, with no marks, 100% battery capacity.
Delivery was right on time, and I git regular updates of my order status.
They even sent a link to a video showing my phones being packed to be shipped to me.

Excellent transaction with this company. I sold my iPhone 8plus to them and everything was very smooth. Best price I found. They keep you informed at every step, including acknowledgement that the postal service received the pack, when they received it etc. I was Leary at first but this company did everything it promised and was excellent to do business with. They even sent me an unpacking video to show when they opened the box and their initial inspection. I don't think you can get better than that.

Making online shopping really great because you can really see what you are buying before you buy it. Good phones at a good price; all the photos displayed on the website are from the actual device so that gives a good idea of the device's state. Pictures also show the IMEI which helps getting all the exact detailed specs of the device.
Get texts and emails along the order process which is great, and a video of the actual device's packaging.
Customer service is very responsive and helpful with any issues - at least with questions I encountered.

Uptrade was great for us. Have purchased 3 phones from them now, and we recommend them to our friends & family. The one phone we arranged for our internationally exchange student had an intermittent problem with the forward camera. They swapped it out, no hassle.

I absolutely loved it ! At first I didn’t trust the site because I’ve never heard off UpTrade but I finally gave in because I needed a phone at a great price, and UpTrade hit the mark on this one. I bought my iPhone 11 Pro Max and I absolutely love it, I loved the fact that they send you a video of them shipping the phone a day or two after your payment goes through. My dependable Galaxy S5 was starting to have some issues, so I knew it was about time for an upgrade. By accident, I stumbled across the Up Trade website. I did some online research to make sure they were legit. and once I was satisfied, I started looking at phones, as the price for many new phones is crazy! I decided on the S10e, which is more than adequate for my needs. I chose a phone that was listed as Pristine, and nearly flawless; I beg to differ......I think the phone is totally flawless!!! I'm very happy with my purchase, and it was kind of a kick to see the video I was sent of my phone being boxed, and the shipping label applied. The next time I'm in need of a new phone, Up Trade will be the first place I visit!

I traded in my iPhone X. Very smooth and easy transaction. I received my trade in payment quickly and am very happy with the payment amount. I spoke with a few people at the company (did some due diligence) before sending in my phone since they are new in this industry. Great team and quick to respond to questions. No need to go to Gazelle or another trade-in company. If you want too dollar, deal with this company.

After researching for sometime, I was still quite skeptical about purchasing from an unknown internet business. I spoke with a very friendly and helpful customer service a couple times for clarifications. The website shows photos of the actual phones that are available. I can now say that I was most pleasantly surprised. I purchased a used iPhone 8 that was stated to be in “good” condition. Upon receipt, the phone was immaculate in my opinion and every bit as good as new. It worked perfectly and looked just as good. Uptrade texted updates on order progression and even sent a video of the item being packaged. I’d give them an A+++ for the impeccable product and service and will definitely recommend them. I found this company via Google when I wanted to sell an older iPhone 6S. The original offer for the phone was $48 since it was in mint condition. The process of sending in the phone was very easy after registering and answering some basic questions, including free shipping. After a few days, I received a "text" with a Vimeo attached which showed the entire process of them opening the box that was received; unpacking and then inspecting the phone, including turning it on, etc. Very cool and made the process very credible. The kicker is that once they inspected the phone, my offer actually INCREASED to $59.00 since it was an unlocked phone. I trust this company wholeheartedly and commend them on the level of communication throughout the process Highly recommend!!

Phone came in excellent condition at a great price! Definitely worth the money! My only complaint is that a charging chord was extra. Which might make sense with used phones in such volume and without the original packaging. Shipping was fast and I fully recommend the service.
