CVS

I don’t get the hate at this pharmacy, every time I come to pick up my prescriptions they are always ready. I get a text message letting me know my scripts are ready, I always pre pay to make it go faster. I understand this is a busy pharmacy so I always make it easier to get my medication. Thank you guys!

This cvs location always has outstanding customer service. My prescriptions are always ready when I arrive to pick them up. Couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy!

This is the only CVS pharmacy location within 15 miles that actually cares about their customers. They are quick to get my prescriptions ready and will immediately call me if they don't have stock or only have partial stock. Other locations would just tell me prescriptions were ready, wait for me to get there, and then tell me they didn't have the right brand so I will have to pay hundreds (even thousands for seizure meds) out of pocket because what they have was not covered by insurance. This location doesn't do that and is so VERY friendly. Also, they actually answer their phones unlike other locations. Love them!

Customer service is great! The pharmacy is on point, Karen was really Helpful and she made sure I had the best deal. When I went to pick up my medicine she was not there but the pharmacist that was there was really friendly. I would recommend this CVS to everyone. Plus there are a bunch of good places to eat near by so come with an empty stomach.

I’ve been using this CVS location for a little over a year with no complaints. Pharmacy staff is professional, courteous & knowledgeable. They stay busy but always have time to answer, not only Rx/prescription questions, but will walk you to general items in the store at large. No complaints from this customer, just 5 stars

Hands down the best CVS location you can visit. Extremely polite, kind and HELPFUL employees - especially the managers but all of the associates go above and beyond to take care of their customers. They're the kind of employees a good company wants to keep because they positively shape the stores image and customer perspective. If I hadn't switched to this store I would have more likely quit shopping at CVS all together but - I have not had a bad experience with CVS since I switched to this store and I only wish I had done so sooner! Please keep up the awesome job guys - it is greatly appreciated.

This is the best CVS location in DFW. I used to live in the area and went to this location all the time and they knew my name and always made sure I knew of the price and did everything they could to help me feel taken care of.

I moved to The Colony and have been using their locations and been sorely disappointed. It is literally worth my time and gas money to trek all the way out there to get my life-dependent scripts.

Small store but by far tops of all CVS locations. Most of the pharmacies are staffed with unfriendly lazy folks, but this one goes above and beyond to help you. Just wish they could get their coupon machine working. Or better yet, lower the prices and do away with those mile long receipts.

Our Internist indicated he couldn’t get the new to the market Shringrix vaccine. He wanted us to get this vaccine because we have medical issues which indicate we would be very smart to get this preventative vaccine. Our insurance told us we would have optimal coverage if we would go to the CVS Minute Clinic. We called and/or went to numerous CVS minute clinics in a few hours on a Saturday on a holiday weekend (a feat in and of itself).

No one had supply of this vaccine. In fact one CVS Minute Clinic even called over to the pharmacy side as they’re different billing systems, as we thought we’d just pay more to get the vaccine. Pharmacy side (West Campbell Road Richardson) had sold out during time we were in the room of Minute Clinic. We’re baby boomers and thought it was just baby boomers like us causing demand. Minute Clinic (W. Campbell Road @ Nantucket Rd. Not this one) she said no, this vaccine is for all ages greater than 50! Uh oh. Bigger demand. I then called our CVS Preston Road and asked could we pay cash? Nope, they couldn’t get supply at all. I know the gal and she is awesome (recognized her voice & called her by name; she said no they cannot get supply but that they keep trying).

Out of desperation I looked at some website which I don’t even know how I found it, and the only address that looked familiar was CVS Renner Road (this CVS Store).

Chanthy answered the phone and I asked “Do you have any Shringrix”. She like all the others checked stock and no, we were out of luck yet again! I was frustrated as my hubby’s employer (Fortune 50 Company) indicates we should use CVS. I told her “How do we find supply” (as my hubby groaned at my seemingly open question). Chanthy kindly, and patiently agreed to look up on her computer to find someone with stock. Chanthy gave us a number of a CVS in a Target (Target on Coit Road in Dallas)! To our absolute delight we called that Target and we have just had our first Shringrix vaccine in the 2 vaccine series!

I think about how kindly and patiently Chanthy dealt with me. She acted like there were no other patients who needed help. Rarely do we as consumers get treated as if our needs matter! CVS Renner Road Pharmaceutical Management ought to reward Chanthy for Extraordinary Customer Service! A copy of this review ought be printed/copied (or get it uploaded into CVS Human Resources) and placed in her permanent personnel employee file for Excellent Professionalism! WOW!

Chanthy is a problem solver, and cares about the person on the phone. I was frustrated and she saw an opportunity to solve a customer’s problem with CVS retaining a customer! I still think about how she politely, quickly, answered all questions and solved our problem with CVS being the beneficiary! Why? We were going elsewhere & buying wherever we could find it~instead she helped us and left us so blown away that we had to leave this very long review. My hubby’s Company has offices by this CVS! He’ll tell everyone at work about this. Every person on the phone is a better advertiser for a pharmacy than any paid advertiser! Chanthy, thank you so very much! You Made A Difference in two people’s lives today and it meant the world to us!!!! Kudos to Chanthy!

Best CVS ever! The staff here is amazing. Eric went way above and beyond to help me out, and Henry just makes our day every time we see him there! Seriously a great CVS and I highly recommend going there.

Local CVS with a great team in Pharmacy & a team front of house with amazing people skills. had an issue with OTC medication and they took care of me with no issues.

Store is well stocked, friendly staff. Pharmacy staff are helpful. I enjoy shopping here at the CVS store on Renner at City Line.

This CVS is an important part of the local community. It is fairly accessible on foot and the clerks are nice and let me bring my dog inside.
