This is my store, my brand I rock, the best quality clothing for the price. I remember when TR first came onto the scene in 2002, they were crazy expensive. Today, not so much. My visit to the Allen outlet TR was a great one, the service was AWESOME, everyone that worked in there were extremely helpful. The lady, I believe she was a supervisor, advised me over the phone prior to my arrival to the correct size I needed for a certain pant that I needed to exchange. I will definitely be returning. Everyone that works in the store are all very helpful. Even if I don’t need to purchase anything, I will just because those guys are super nice and very pleasant. While the corporate return location is a wreck, I was fortunate enough to have this location nearby and being run by a witty manager. We were able to find me a comparable pair of jeans that I absolutely love…she just single-handedly saved a life long customer from being gone for good.

Very helpful staff, great sales. They went out of their way to make sure I found the perfect fit and exact style I was looking for. I can't say enough good things about the sales staff. They are extremely friendly.
