Been needing a new mattress for some time now, looked at S**** N*****, nice beds, no room to negotiate. Stopped in at Sleep Experts, not expecting much. Talked to Ray, did the diagnostic, answered questions, tried the recommended mattresses, came away buying. The process was pretty seamless, and I feel confident in his knowledge, that we selected the right mattress, but time will tell (120 day "test drive"). 5 stars for this location, because of Ray! Great guy! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, answered all of my questions.

After lots of store and online shopping, I just happened to drive by Sleep Experts. I had no plan to stop there, my car just took me there. Ray answered all questions, mostly by show and tell. Ray’s professionalism, expertise, smile, greeting and friendliness was a warm welcome compared to the other salespeople I met. I will highly refer Ray and SE Wylie to all.

Prova was very knowledgeable and informative about every brand and style of mattress in the store. She did not pressure us into any certain bed and allowed us to take our time and find the right bed and pillows for us. We had a great experience.

I decided to purchase a Kingsdown queen size mattress, waterproof cover and a temper pedic pillow with cooling technology for my son's room. Mike at Sleep Experts was so helpful, this is the perfect mattress for my sons needs. I love this location on the corner of FM 544 in Wylie, next to Sally Beauty Supply, in front of the Target, across from Aldi and Quick Trip. It's easy to get to and they are always nice. They made my purchase and NEXT DAY delivery so seamless. I didn't have to ask questions, they provided me with all I needed to know and with a smile. I give them two thumbs up and 5 stars. Ray D did s great job for the Cantu family, he was excellent in his explanations and educating us about the differences and insights. He was patient, friendly and very helpful. He worked the numbers and got a us a great deal. We visited several other mattress places and Ray was hands down was the best. His years of experience and customer service made us want to come back and get it there. Thank u Ray, we will be sending others ur way!

Barbara was great! Came into the store looking for a new memory foam mattress, not knowing exactly what I wanted. I’ve never bought a memory foam mattress and didn’t know of the different kinds, or what would suite my needs the best. Open to ideas, budget of around $300. Willing to go up if needed. She was able to find me a mattress that met my criteria that was originally listed for around $550 that was on sale for around $320 within just a couple minutes. She even lowered the price down to $300 even just to satisfy my number! $20 more wouldn’t of been big deal, but the extra step of effort to get me the best price was very appealing. Was able to get it ordered in no time!

The team there is great, friendly and took the time to explain the differences in the products they have. The store manager is all about customer service and they event sorted out an issue I had with a prior purchase from a different location.

Ray was extremely knowledgeable and provided some great tips as he worked slowly with us to identify the right bed.

My husband and I had a very good experience at this location. Porva had wonderful customer service. She was very professional, thorough and kind. We really appreciate her services and we love our adjustable bed.

Ray Druggers, the store manager was so accommodating, friendly and patient in showing around all the mattresses and helped to find what we were looking for. He was well informed and answered all my questions in a very detailed manner and returned our calls swiftly which helped us to make our decisions quickly. I had no idea about mattress purchase, he explained the whole process of manufacturing and categories of mattresses available. He explained what is preferable for us and why. This is the second review I have left for Ray in a matter of two years… Every single time I go in that store I walk out with a purchase because he is exceptional at what he does and the quality of the products that they sell are fantastic. And very reasonably priced!
