He was available and helped with every step of the process from making sure the design was correct to even sending a tax exemption form since I was ordering it on behalf of my church (which I didn’t even think about). We wanted some shirts to show support/raise awareness for a fellow co-worker. We went to the local Allen, TX store and were able to match our design to a shirt of our liking. We worked with Jay who was able to handle our requests, even when we hit a couple bumps in the road with the graphic, change of address for shipping, and shipping delays. Our questions and requests were answered almost immediately and we received our shirts distributed locally & across the country faster than the projected date. I have purchased customized shirts from custom ink before but this was the first time I brought my design into the store to have it tweaked by the design team. I will definitely go this route again. Jay was so helpful and patient while I tried to figure out sizing and ordering numbers. The design team was able to touch up the design I had given them and made it look so professional. Everyone was really happy with the way the shirts turned out!

Our company needed just a few shirts printed very quickly for an upcoming event. The local place that we normally use for direct to garment printing didn't have the shirts we needed in stock in time. Michael Jasso from the Allen Custom Ink store was able to help me get the shirts set up quickly and shipped to my house in time! I was able to set up everything via a phone call and emails without having to drive over to the store in person. The shirts came out awesome! The design is clear and the colors match perfectly to our graphic we sent in. (You'll have to excuse the packing wrinkles!) Highly recommend!

Great customer service and guidance with selection of the right shirts for my new business. The shirts that I was interested in that they did not have in the store, they were willing to order samples so I could see them/try them on before I placed my order.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and FAST!! Penny helped me with my order. She was so nice and willing to create several different t-shirt designs for me till we found the perfect one! Plus we were able to get it ASAP since I had a tiny window to get the shirt designed and sent to me (less than a week).

The custom shirt was loved by everyone, especially the birthday boy receiving the gift!

I ordered my shirts from Custom Ink in McKinney and was thoroughly impressed. They truly worked with me and the Representative she was very helpful and kind. They worked with me regarding the delivery being on time so I have my package and am satisfied with the products. I’ve used Custom Ink probably for 10-15 orders in the past several years. They have such a great variety of products, and their customer service is unmatched in the industry. I had a 100 day shirt made at Custom Ink. Dana was the sales representative that helped me. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. She happily made many adjustments to our design by our request. She was patient and offered her suggestions.

The customer service is amazing! I started by talking to Conner over the phone who was very nice and helpful with questions that I had. Once in the store, Penny helped us and was an absolute sweetheart to work with. She has the patience of a saint and was extreemly thorough through the entire process. I've used Custom Ink multiple times and have always had good experiences. Their customer service is top notch; Jessi and the rest of the staff at the Allen location were awesome and really took care of us with our recent shirt order for our softball team. I love being able to see the shirts in person and have a contact if we have issues or questions about our order. Will definitely continue to use their services and highly recommend!

I ran in there in a huge hurry to get to another appointment, but Connor to the rescue!! He was efficient & kind & so accommodating!! I order our company logo shirts through Custom Ink Allan TX. I'll 100% rate it with 5 stars because of one customer service rep Michael J. I have gone through several custom logo companies only to be lied to, over charged or my order was wrong much due to mis- communication or no communication. When I found Custom Ink I told Michael what I was looking for in a rep. I needed great communication, and someone that could walk me through and help me find exactly what I was looking for each time we made a new order or a complicated order. Michael has been that guy for us. He's informed, understanding, perfessional, and always comes through for me on every order every time. I am also aware that I'm pretty high maintenance and Michael handles that like a pro.
Turn around time is pretty quick as long as you approve your order and pay right away.
They email and respond to emails quickly and that's a huge plus for me. They have sent me samples to try on before buying and those came in that mail in just a few days. Overall I'm happy and I'll continue to order through Custom Ink for all our company logo needs.

I had a great experience with this location. I did a lot of research to find a printer for shirts for my company. After choosing custom ink I had a question so I found the listed number and called with my question. A live person answered there phone and When I found out the person who was helping me was located in the same town AND there was a store front within a short drive of me I was shocked! Michael and Jay helped me over the phone, over email and in person to make sure my design was what I wanted. The best part was getting to see my designs in person THE NEXT DAY!!! The quality of shirts and sweatshirts I got were also great. Thanks guys!
