Great place to stop ✋ by and get some nice shoes 👞. They have the most comfortable 👌 😀 dress shoes 👞 👟 😀 I have ever worn. They staff were all super 👌 friendly 👏 and helpful. They had a great 👍 selection of items, and seeing 👀 that it's an outlet store, the stock is always changing 😀 so if you see it 😉 and like it, I suggest you buy it because it may not be there nest time. I know you will like them as much as we did... SAFE TRAVELS TO ALL!!

I love Cole Haan! This brand introduced me to sophisticated footwear by blending it with a casual twist.

I really enjoyed working with Rodney and Irma at the Cole Haan Allen Outlet store. Both were very friendly and patient with me in helping me select new shoes. Rodney mentioned the great sales offer when buying 2 pairs of shoes and made some really good suggestions while Irma assisted my wife with shoes options as well. Overall, we were pleased with great customer service and positive attitudes. Thanks guys for making our visit a great shopping experience. Job Well Done...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Great service experience and a great product! I am a fan of Cole Haan, as I spend a lot of time on my feet and they keep me comfortable. I bought new shoes today, and Cherea took fantastic care of me. She was attentive, helpful and funny too! Thank you for making it a great experience, I will be back!

I don’t want to rate the brand or store bad over my 1 slight inconvenience so the rating is honest, love the shoes, love the brand, and this particular store is very helpful and the people in it have always been inviting and respectful.

My only draw back is that I bought a pair of shoes for $100-$140 somewhere in that range. It’s the Grand 0s and I got a few other things as well.

One of which was a shoe cleaning and polish kit.

I asked if the brown polish could be used on the shoes I was buying and the gentleman said he wasn’t sure so asked his manager, to which he said yes.

I put the polish on my shoes for the first time last night since getting these a month ago. I now need new shoes because the color brown is more for my other brown pair of cole Haans which are slightly lighter than the dark brown I just bought.

The polish after being worked in and even used in moderation left my new shoes spotty, they look like a cow but brown and lighter brown.

I was thinking I was crazy and maybe just didn’t polish them right, kind of hard to mess up polishing shoes though.

Who knows maybe it was user error, but the shade my right shoes is compared to my brown looks like I took a paint pen and tried to recolor my shoes lol.

The point of my review, just make sure you get the right polish or if I did mess up some how make sure you apply the polish properly because the brown that came out is not at all close to the color of my shoes, I even questioned it as I went to apply the polish I kept thinking “man this more umber than brown, maybe it polishes out and looks better.” Nope.. lol

Appreciate the time to find a good pair of shoes that fit, also helped to point out additional savings that were available and compatible with their sales event. Wore the shoes to a 4 day conference and already walked about 4-7 miles a day and standing for about 16hrs a day at the event. Minimum discomfort compared to my last pair of dress shoes! Thanks!

My experience was Great! Great Zero Shoes and great customer service. Prices were also less than anyplace I had checked before. All around a Good experience. Will definitely be back!

Their staff was very helpful and dug through their inventory to find me a pair of shoes, even though they were busy. Their prices are a lot better than even Amazon or Zappos.

One of the best Cole Haan stores in the area.. including the Grand Praire counter part. One of my favorites from this Outlet Mall for its great leather quality and we'll designed products.
