My new fav liquor store! So my door dasher delivered the wrong bottle and I called them and asked if I could bring it back to exchange it and they came to me!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Their customer service is top tier! Not to mention it’s the day before thanksgiving, so I KNOW they’re super busy and they still went out of their way for me. Also, their prices are very great for this area. Shop here!!

The selection here is AMAZING and the employees are both knowledgeable and friendly. They are happy to answer questions and look up special requests. Prices are great too!

The most impressive part is definitely the selection. The variety of options in the whiskey and bourbon aisles surpasses all of the other nearby liquor stores!

My go to! My wife came up with this mixed drink and brought a recipe to make it. I'm a straight liquor guy, pour and sip, so I had no clue what this would entail. Eitherway Jacobs had all seven ingredients. Even the simple light syrup. I was shocked. That along with Door dash, makes this my store.

Everything about Jacob's is top quality. Fantastic selection, several hard to find and unusual items you don't see at the chain stores, and the service is second to none. One of the employees asked if I needed any help not long after I walked in and he took the time to walk around the store to point out and explain different options to me. Every recommendation he made has been on point. Will definitely be going back.

Awesome place to get great bourbon

Jacob’s is hands down my goto store after the experience I had tonight. I ordered some beer and champagne off of Drizzly and apparently they were having systems issues and never issued a driver. The owner gave me a call and asked me to cancel and reissue the order thinking it might solve the problem. We did that and sure enough the same issue popped up again. He called me back again and asked me to cancel the order and apologized many times for this issue even though it’s out of their control. Finally, he got everything squared away and everything was made right! I was shocked and amazed at the above and beyond customer service. These guys are already doing me favors by custom ordering hard to find items for me, and then they top it off with this? I fully expected to have to drive up there (not a huge deal and was totally fine with the idea), but he insisted to make it right (again, this wasn’t even their problem)! Cannot be happy enough with how these guys treated us and went way above and beyond for us! On top of all of this, Jacob’s has fair prices on hard to find items and a fantastic selection. You won’t go wrong shopping at Jacob’s!

The service at this liquor store is beyond incredible. I have always left satisfied and happy I made a purchase at this store. If you feel the need to try something new don't be afraid to ask the team if they have a recommendation. They are very knowledgeable on their liquor and will assist you any way they can. 10/10 will buy from again.

Probably one of the best liquor stores in the Sachse, Murphy, & Wylie area. The atmosphere and people who work there are the best!!! Bavin, the owner, one of the coolest and nicest guys you’ll ever talk to. If you don’t see a product in there store, he will literally get on the phone and call his guy and ask about it and see if they can get it or will be getting it! He has gotten me some very hard to find bourbon at very reasonable prices! The whole staff there is just awesome and friendly! Don’t waste your time at Premiere Liquor in Sachse, not as friendly as these guys here at Jacob’s. I love to just go in there and just talk with the guys and see how they are doing. If you haven’t visited these guys, then what are you doing? GIVE THESE GUYS A VISIT!!!!

Best experience I have had in recent memory. Ron and his team spoke to me in length about each product and gave great information about purchases I was planning to make. Jacob’s Sachse was not a normal situation with someone trying to sell me the most expensive thing on the shelf. Ron took his time explaining differences between products and his valuable suggestions turned me onto items I’d commonly overlook. The customer service hands down was the best that I have experienced and I recommend Jacob’s Sachse and Ron over the big retailers coming to town.

Best customer service and shorter lines. I’d much rather support local business ownership than big box retail. Price difference is nominal, but expected. Spend your local dollars on local entrepreneurs!

Amazing list of burbons and the guys are amazing! Best liquor store I've been to for burbon in Texas. If they don't have what you're looking for they take requests too!
