Village At Los Rios

Nice little shopping center with a big parking lot, never get super crowded - obviously the Kroger is the anchor store, but there's a nice restaurant on one end and a few other various places to go on the other side. Easy to get in and out of and the Kroger gas station is located conveniently in the corner.

The only Kroger I use, staff is friendly, store is clean and easy to shop

Love this kroger its clean and the people are great! BUT was extremely disappointed because they were completely out of the kroger brand dog food my dogs eat! 2 visits in a row.

Seemed to be aa very nice community and the management there is quite caring and involved. The property is quite nice and everything looks well maintained. The area seems to be growing rapidly as there's another community going up across the street. There's a shopping center with Kroger and urgent care nearby and the DART train to downtown Dallas is a ten minute ride away. There's the DART GO-LINK does NOT provide service to the community, BUT... all you have to do is walk across the street for that. Rent is comparable to other communities. Central mailbox, pool ,gym etc. All looks very nice.

Tried this Kroger and was arranged way different than my Garland Kroger. But I may switch to this one as I interfaced and was impressed with Customer Service. Plus there is a Kroger gas station at this one.

Nice restaurants, The Kroger is clean and friendly staff. There is also a clothes shop, dentist, cleaners, massage parlor and urgent care.

Always a good experience in Krogers.Always find everything,also from 11-5 p.m they have fresh deli cooked food😋.And there is a STARBUCKS inside Krogers so you can enjoy some HOT or Cold Coffee ❤. Oh you are running late and need gas? Well no problem Krogers has a gas station and you can use your Kroger Points to get reduced gas at the pump.Who doesn't love that.
And if you come early at lunch time or at dinner well you can just walk over to Casa Mama Mex-Restuarant and enjoy some tex-mex food. Or leave dry cleaning clothes at Dry Clean City cleaners.Or even get a hair cut at Lux Salon.So you can never do wrong shopping at this shopping center

Went to Kroger here and I liked the other stores besides it. Very convenient location

This location has a restaurant, grocery store, hair cut salon, Starbucks , gas station.. Its great when you need something quick or add it to your routine weekly route. Recommend.

Clean and functional area with reasonable parking .

This place was great Christian went above and beyond the Call of Duty when it came to securing a payday loan for me I was thoroughly pleased I would recommend them to anybody who is in a financial
strain and trying to just maintain their life until payday!!!

Kroger has the best deal on ice cream!!

I go to this strip mall for 2 stores, Cato's and Kroger nice little mall you can kill 2 birds with one stone.

Love this Kroger. Everyone is so friendly and the Management Staff are great.
