Great place! I stop by here when I am on my way to work some mornings after I hit the coffee shop next door. The woman that works there always greets me with a good morning or a nice and friendly hello. Always have what I'm looking for and they have some pretty good hot foods ready to eat. Even have a microwave for when you need to warm something up that you just bought from their cooler.

I've been going to the location for quite a while now and was on the web to get their phone number and happened to see the reviews and some of the comments made below. First off, anyone with common sense and knowing that we're in the midst of a pandemic and had a superior mindset regarding hygiene, would be a straight dummy to want to use a "public restroom"----hence the word, "PUBLIC"!!! But I guess I understand that some people's minds don't pop like that...... and as far as the floors being nasty, most of it is because there are a lot of children.....adults too, that have no home training and spill stuff and won't clean up behind themselves or purposely leave messes for the staff to do which is very inconsiderate, obnoxious, trifling and just straight up rude. Yet not one comment mentioned how they had masks and a hand sanitizer device outside the store free of charge for people to use as needed. The employees' primary roles are customer service. They are not maids. There's always more negative being spread around the world than there is positive. This location is crazy busy all the time because it's surrounded by a huge radius combination of apartments, townhouses, schools and homes. Not to mention, a local Salvation Army who now has a gym and a new Shutterfly facility. They can't constantly keep up with everything. They service a wide range of consumers for such a small store. I know personally, they've always been good to me when I'm there and treat me with respect. I know they get moody at times and with me being a Manager over customer service at my regular job, the receiving end should have patience and understanding. Don't mistreat or be ugly to others when they're having a rough time because we've ALL been there. Still continue to smile and pray for them. That's the best thing anyone can do. Always remember that God DOES heal a sinner's prayer and He never refuses "knee-mail"!

The best 7’11 i have ever went to. The owner helped me dig my wallet out of the trash dumpster. I told him I couldn’t find my wallet. He stopped and helped me. Even brought a flashlight from the store. Such great customer service. What can I say. I’m stopping here before and after I go to the grocery store or church. Thank you so much.

This place has lowered in quality of service as of late. The day staff are energetic and friendly, but right after 6 or so there is a more skecty environment. Definitely do not go after 10pm. The selection of items available is good.

The slurpee machine knobs were sticky

Didn't think of it happening of all places but here we are... I'm minding my own business just walking in the store going to the back looking for utensils.. 10 seconds in the cashiers beams right at me and says something to me for no reason, I didn't need her help didn't ask for it I just walked to the area I needed just to get said something to for nothing.. I walked out offended and disgusted I hope that lady isn't there again.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. I got 2 slices of pizza and they were hard as hell. The cashier wouldnt get off her damn phone so that i could pay for my items. Sorry pathetic store and customer service!!

This store advertised Open 24 Hours. I got here at 4:45am and the doors were locked, and the Open sign was off. Punjabi was behind the counter cooking something, and just looked at me when I knocked on the door. He said they weren’t open yet and I told him there is no “yet” for a location advertised as being open 24 hours. I’ll never come back to this location until they hire people with the mental capacity to understand how 24-hour business work.

Store isn't open 24hrs. Yall need to post a dam* sign up with the actual hours !!!

Last night coming back from vacation, (7hr drive), I had packages waiting inside the Amazn boxes. I pulled up at 12:35am last night, same time another vehicle did, which they got out and couldn't get into the store due to it being locked. I noticed and wondered why because it's supposed to be open. So I checked my phone and during that time another car came. That guy got out, tried the door, still locked, but he saw someone in the back so he began to knock on the door for a minute until an old rude grumpyface employee man opened the door (I'll call him Orgem for short). Orgem told the guy who was knocking, "the store is closed to customers". By this time I'm walking up and asked, "You're not open 24hrs?", Orgem said "no, 7-11 stores aren't open 24hrs anymore". I asked, "then why are you here?", but Orgem didn't answer, kept saying they're closed. But after a minute he letup and said "fine, hurry up, come in but hurry up". The other guy and I walked in and Orgem kept saying the store is closed, and then, i heard him say "this is why i don't open the doors because this happens". I continued to get my packages and began to walk out. As I did walked out I noticed other people had came in. That's why Orgen said what he said. Lol.

So, if Orgem says is true that no 711 stores are open 24hrs, then why was the one in Wylie open? (I passed through Wylie on my way in)
If Orgem says is true, why was He still there? Surely stores don't get deliveries every single day. That would be poor planning if so.

Corporate Office or Owner of the store:
No one cares to hear "We understand the importance of having customer service at it's highest level and we're sorry you had a bad experience. Please complete the survey with more details".
I gave you enough details above. You're brand sucks with stores like this but just like other places, y'all don't care to do anything because of money.
I'm not sure who Orgem is, or his name, I couldn't care less. But this is literally the last time I'll go there. It was out of convenience getting packages because I work down the street. But I'll have packages shipped to my Po box, and start going to QT which is just around the corner, AND they ARE open with correctly posted signs.

Its funny they were sitting in there bravely and i knocked the door caused the door was closed and open sign was turn off i just wanna make sure are they closed or not they look at me and they ignored me then I knocked the door again but same thing and i went to the the car took my phone tryna take there pictures one guy he notice i was talking there picture and you can see how fearful the guy was looking and other guy was mad just let me know bro you guys are closed common it was funny anyway 😂 7 eleven forever

24/7 my ass… locked up at 12am. Photo shows dude behind the counter with the door locked.

I was a regular customer at this location until the owner of the store called the police on me yesterday, 9/20/19 and I was issued a criminal trespass warning. His credit card payment system was not working when I tried to make my purchase. I then went to my car to get my phone to show him that I do have funds on my card. He reiterated your card is not working. At this point he starts to argue with me, during which time he mentions that the electricity was out 3 hours earlier, which had absolutely nothing to do with me and why his system was not working. I advised him that I am a regular customer here and this is not the way you should treat a regular customer. He then got angry and threatened to call the police on me. I told him go ahead and call the police because I was not breaking the law. I was merely trying to pay for what I intended to buy as I had done many times prior. I was a regular customer at this location. I made a stop here at least 3-5 days a week as can be verified with my customer rewards card. While waiting for the police, there were many other customers who I saw leave to go elsewhere because their card did not go through either. So instead of taking ownership for his flawed system he thought it was better to call the police on a regular customer. He boastfully let me know that he was the owner of this establishment and he told me more than once I'm calling the police as if to threaten me. Needless to say I am in utter disbelief and disgust in regards to my experience today with 711. If this is what management and ownership looks like in your establishment you should be embarrassed to have such deplorable representation.
And as mentioned in the previous reviews, yes, the bathrooms are always nasty.

My son went in to make a purchase and Mr. Khan the evening cashier, ask my 14 year old son to empty his pockets before he leave the store or he would call the police. My son emptied his pockets and all he had was MONEY and his airpods in his pockets. When I went to speak with Mr. Khan he said my son was looking at him while walking around the store. I went to speak with the owner/manager and he confirmed that this was not the 1st complaint on Mr. Khan. I called 7 eleven corporate office too.

2nd time the afternoon guy tries to scam me out of the change owed. I got the correct change eventually only after three other people told him he was wrong and he still argued. had to get him to ring up the product again to prove he was wrong. bad customer service, I would expect a little more competence out of someone tasked with running a register.

This stores closes at 12 -1 am every night! They are NEVERRRRR open 24 hours! The guys who work here are lazy and rude! And they neverrrrr check ids! This place needs a new owner and management I also contacted corporate! RIDICULOUS!
