Nothing bad to say at all.

Food was fresh, warm, served quickly, and tasted great. No complaints at all.

The staff was very cool. Not all in your business but responsive when you need something. Cody was our waiter and he was excellent.

The beer selection is good. When I say good I mean like pretty much only good beers. Local brews, top ranked brews, and select domestic light beers.

The whole establishment is clean and taken care of quite well.

We will be back again many times over so that we can try more on the menu.

Give this local spot a try and please do not judge them by random to-go or delivery reviews because food just does not keep the same quality when being delivered regardless of the restaurant/chef/staff involved.

Awesome! We were here on March 6th and it was our first time to dine here. Everything we had was really good. From the Pastrami sandwich, to the Schnitzel, to the Bistro burger, to the Salmon and all the sides! Josie was our server and she was great! We highly recommend Josephine's!

What a great place. A new nice comfy place with white table cloths. Excellent table service. Friendly helpful service. Nice selection of food choices. Saturday and Sunday unigue brunch options. The crab cake eggs Benedict was so good. You need to give this place a try.

The service was excellent, the food choices a little different but the chicken with vegetables were very fresh and tasty. I am sure the other entrees, appetizers, etc. are worth a try, too! The restaurant is not very large but I had the feeling that this makes for better food and service.

Ok, we have been in Wylie for over 30 years patiently waiting for a restaurant of this caliber!! If you like great fresh food, STOP here! We ordered the Jumbo Crab Cake and Korean Meatballs for an appetizer. We had the Texas Black Angus steak & the Salmon over Quinoa for the main course. VERY GOOD!!!! Please support this restaurant, we need more than fast food. I forgot to take pics of the main course but I will be back!!! Best waitress is Holly, ask for her!

Great place! It’s a very well designed place with a nice interior. We went on a Saturday at late afternoon so it wasn’t very crowded but the staff was very friendly and professional and the service was quick. The food was great! I got the salmon with asparagus and mashed potatoes and it was delicious! My wife is on Whole 30 and they were very accommodating with the plan’s dietary restrictions.

I found a little jewel. I’ve been watching the progress of this place for months and it finally opened. Very charming atmosphere and a nice ambience. If that weren’t enough the food was exceptional! A very nice young man greeted us immediately on entering the restaurant and also ended up being our waiter. All the staff was incredibly attentive to those dining. The service was fast and the food delicious. A unique menu with lots of choices. Everything we had was cooked to perfection. Later found out the Resturant owner named the Resturant after her daughter; who actually works there as a server. I think that Josephine’s is a spectacular addition to our community and I look forward to sharing many meals for years to come. I did note they have a very nice bar. Didn’t partake of any libations but assumed it was a full bar. Stop in and enjoy great service and very tasty food.

Delicious!! Super easy to order pickup, was greeted immediately upon arrival. Will definitely be back! Order was flawless!

What a fantastic little gem in Wylie! Since moving to Wylie last month, we’ve been twice and both times were great.
Their pastrami is nothing short of amazingly delicious, and they also partner with Bold BBQ in Wylie to supply the smoked pork loin which they use in a few dishes, namely the Cuban which is incredible.
Both times we’ve have had attentive, friendly service, their portions aren’t too big or small, and they have a certain uniqueness that’s hard to find. Great patio, live music, bartender specials and delicious food. What’s more to like?

This place is so cool. Really upscale at a $$ price point. Great selection of veggies and meats. Kids meals any child could love. Quiet and a romantic atmosphere. Aliyah - you were a great server. I had red fish - and swapped out the two veggies for Brussels sprouts and collard greens. Who offers such healthy options?? I watched the roasted chicken come out and will try that next time. Support Wylie! Give it a try (and ignore any reviews of opening jitters).

1st time here and we were really impressed. After reading other reviews they have obviously fixed the problems the other reviewers had. The food was real good. We had the steak and was cooked the way we asked. We had the side salad and followed up with the peach cobbler and was all so good. Our waiter Cole was real good and answered all our questions. We will be back.

First, not a lot of parking, and mostly one large room with exposed ceiling, no waiting area. But friendly staff and reasonable prices. In and out in an hour.
Okra poppers (no goat cheese as one menu indicated) were heavenly with the Smoky bacon wrapped around! The vegan stew was good, but I'm no expert there, just curious. The schnitzel was tasty, maybe a tiny bit tougher than I'd want, but yummy with extra sauce (given upon request). The chocolate cake was also delicious but be warned, it has a lot of frosting and the outer wall gets dry (moister in the middle).
We look forward to returning with the kids and trying out the kids' menu that included a small steak! The grilled cheese we saw at the next table looked delicious!

I had heard of this place but finally went today. Had the bistro burger with onion rings and thick cut fry's. It was a large plate of food but I was able to choke it all down. Perfectly cooked with a delicious flavor. The waitress was super nice and went all out to make sure we were all happy with our meal. Great job. I will definitely make this a regular stop in the future.

We adored this restaurant. I went with my parents, husband and son. The atmosphere is as described, a quaint bistro yet comfortable to bring my 5 year old son. We were greeted immediately by a young yet impressive gal. She continually impressed us with her constant cleaning and resetting of the tables and then seating the guests. Each of our food items were good but most impressive was my son’s steak and butter noodles. His steak was cooked perfectly and delicious (this was a kid’s meal!). I am a picky wine drinker and was impressed by their “bu the glass” selection. Having this restaurant in our area makes me happy! Please go enjoy.

LOVED THIS PLACE! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the food was great!! I had the schnitzel platter with mashed potatoes and green beans. Was absolutely delicious. Our waitress Ella was great, definitely ask for her when you come! :D

After moving into the area over a year ago, just before the Covids took hold, we finally got into this place. Nice dark and low-key setting, quite relaxing.

I had the salmon and my wife had a Cubano sandwich. We were both impressed with the food. Great flavor on both items. Service was good.

Definitely worth a try if you're looking for some place new.

Wife and I have been curious about this place since it opened. Unfortunately, the negative reviews around the time of their opening kept us away. We finally took the plunge because our town needs a place like this and we wanted to support a local business. Both of us come from the Food & Beverage industry so naturally we are a bit critical when it comes to food, beverage and restaurant operations. The food was VERY good. Service was good & attentive. We enjoyed the atmosphere and live music. It's also rather impressive how they transformed the space from what it formerly was to its current state. My only critique for them would be to keep the window sills dusted. Everything else was an A!

We tried Joshepine's Bistro tonight, & wow! The service was amazing, the food was delicious, & we will definitely return. Our server, Cole, suggested the okra poppers, & they were so good... crispy bacon wrapped okra, served with a side of homemade ranch. My husband tried the burger (he added bacon, egg, & cheese), & he said "this is better than Meteor Burger." I had the Schnitzel, which came out thin & crispy but not at all dry. The apple slaw was the perfect accompaniment. The best part (well, maybe) were the corn bread nuggets that came out before our meal. They're served w/ softened butter & honey... yum! We had seen mixed reviews, but we're so glad we gave them a try!

I was here last week and received excellent customer service in the bar area.

They all were very welcoming and warm.

My husband ordered the beet salad and said it was very good. The portion for 7.00 dollars was just that a small salad. So no complaint here.

We will be back to experience the full waitress service.

Randomly stopped in on Christmas eve and couldn't be more pleased. Wife got the prime rib and I got the lamb chops. Portions were more than enough and everything was seasoned just right. The best part was how unbelievably affordable it was. It could have been due to the limited holiday menu but we came in under 40 dollars before tip and we both got an app, entree, side, and dessert.
