I had a bad experience with an online purchase and delivery filled by the wylie store.
Customer service agent Lee turned a bad experience to good. He worked over the phone with me for over 30 minutes, while working with someone at corporate we came to a mutual resolve on the situation. He followed up with a phone call to further inform me of the status and to see if I had questions or concerns.
His caring, patience, and professionalism is a great asset for Home Depot. A great candidate for higher level management.

There's a gentleman named Steve that works in the paint department and he was incredibly helpful with the questions I had. I also needed assistance in the lawn section, and he happily walked me down there and helped answer some questions for me there as well. It's not often that you come across someone that not only is knowledgeable, but seems genuinely happy to assist you when shopping. Steve represents this location very well, and was a pleasure to meet.

One of the main reasons I enjoy going to this store is they display the sheds prominently. I've gone to 3 other Home Depots and they don't display the sheds like I need to see them.

The service was also good and I liked that they have self checkout lanes and also have electronic payment so I was able to use my phone to tap and go.

we ordered on the Home Depot app for curbside pickup but being in a time sensitive crunch to get the items we did show up to the store and went to customer service, they understood and helped us get our order right away. it was a little wait to gather all the supplies but that’s okay, we did show up earlier than the time we were given. thank you Home Depot employees for accommodating us nevertheless…

Home Depot has a huge selection of products. There staff is the best. Most of them worked in the trades and have hands on experience with the products they sell. Great prices.

Good location. Friendly staff and fully stocked sections. They have their garden items in before Lowes.

Gazebo needs winterizing 12x12 octagon. Had to shop online and in store to set it up. Got foam board, duct tape, a heater and electrical supplies for under $200. Was sooo easy to put up.

Deya helped me out while looking for a dishwasher in stock. Another lady , so sorry I forgot your name, helped me cut a large amount of blinds at the same time. They were definitely short handed this Tuesday, but made it work and did a great job.

Alway love going to this store. And I can take my dog with me into the store

Maricela is amazing, she helped me carry all of my things out when I had my son with me. She was working near the paint dept. and I was trying to carry out 5 big containers and a gallon of paint. She stood with me as I checked out and then carried everything to my car! Thank you for all of your help!

Usually always a good experience. Most of the employees are very knowledgeable willing to help. I prefer ordering via the HD app then going to store cpl hrs later to pick up unless I need the items immediately.

Nate in lumber was extremely helpful and friendly in picking out lumber and reaching lumber that is out of reach. He went above and beyond to assist!

I must say this is our favorite place to shop however I had an issue with a canopy and I did call the customer care line and they told me it would take 24-48 hours however Ethan - Wylie Customer Experience Manager gave me a called in less than two hours. I called him back and he took care of my issue and went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. We love to shop there and with his help it gave me a feeling of a customer that they care about and that means a lot in retail. Thank you Ethan for taking care of my issue and going over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and we will be back to by those patio sets with the week!

Almost always find someone who's supremely helpful. Usually a really smart older man in plumbing. He's a wonderful kind man. Wish I had thought to get his name. Thank you for going above and beyond when I needed a half in sharkbite! ❤ your dedication and kindness really made my day sir!

I drove out of the way to this Home Depot to pick up an item that I had purchased. Although the couldn't find my order, the clerk who helped me was very friendly and was able to find everything I ordered so it wasn't a wasted trip. Thank you for your helpfulness.
