First time I’ve visited this branch as I don’t live in Wylie but wish I lived closer because the teller Cindy was the most delightful and cheerful person I’ve ever dealt with. She said she was new and in training but helped me with my transaction quickly. In the world we live in now, a smile and good attitude go a long way!

Cindy is a very sweet and friendly worker. I tripped on air the other day and all my coins fell out of my container. She put her things aside to help me pick it all up despite how busy she was. She also helped me fill out my deposit slip as well.

This is a great bank and a really convenient location for us. We have never had any issues at all. The people are nice and know what they're doing. 5 Stars!

I was very surprised to see any negative comments in these reviews for LegacyTexas bank in Wylie. Every time I've been through the drive-thru and lobby, the average wait time was less than 3 minutes and customer service was very courteous and friendly. Of course, if you go to the bank on extremely busy days you'll have a longer wait time but that will be the case at ANY location. I have been a customer at this LegacyTexas for several years and have NEVER had any issues.

The only complaint I have is that the ATM was frequently out of cash on a holiday weekend and we would have to go to a different location. I have not tried it lately on a holiday.

The worst customer service I've ever seen. I called three times only to be put on hold for over 45 mins.
