With Milk

This is such a cute, fun shop. I got a green tea with strawberry syrup and peach popping bubbles, absolutely delicious!!! The gentleman working was so kind and friendly. Very relaxing place, great service, tastes fantastic.

I’ve been here a couple of times now and I love it! It’s always clean and quick and the servers are also nice. Try their special latte with ube, and my mom loved their Gluten-free desserts.

What a cute little cafe in McKinney/north Allen. It has quite a spacious patio to sit and hang out if you want and the actual store is much bigger on the inside than it looks.

I ended up ordering one of their specialty lattes - the ube honey latte - and OMG I loved it! So unique and tasty... even a random patron walking in parking lot was like wow your drink looks so good.

I'll definitely be back to try their other coffee drinks and maybe even a pastry!

I’ve dropped in a few times at this place now. The staff have always been really nice. I’m not a fan of the repurposed froyo space they have to work with, but I think they’ve done a good job with it. The thing that’s kept me coming back is their latte, which is excellent.

Really good atmosphere! Was looking for a cute modern and aesthetically pleasing coffee shop, and this definitely wins :) I tried the caramel latte iced and it was really good! Definitely coming back to try the boba!

Love the new managers. Coffee is delicious. So happy to have an alternative coffee company that is a small female run business.

I’ve been coming to With Milk for years now and it is hands down my most favorite cafe in the area! I bring all of my friends and family for the cute atmosphere, delicious drinks and warm service. I especially recommend the Melting Gray (chocolate and charcoal) and Island (pandan and coconut, I believe) drinks as well as their Americano and Vanilla Latte. It’s an adorable shop with high quality products, freshly made, and care in each cup. Please support this stellar small business! They’re doing an amazing job.

Okay this place is just adorable. Fast and friendly service plus a fun little DIY area with activities you can do while you wait. My husband had a vanilla latte and I had a Chai. Both were great.

Great place to enjoy boba in the morning.

Very cute interior. Mini mochi muffins were 3 for $5, which was a great opportunity to try an assortment of flavors. My latte tasted more like a cafe au lait since the steamed milk didn’t have much texture. Despite facing south, the seating area outside had some shade in the early afternoon and was a comfortable spot to relax.

I was going through maps trying to find coffee shops I’ve never been to before and I am not disappointed! As everyone else did, I tried the island coffee first and it was amazing! I’ve never had a coffee like that before and it was refreshing. The inside is very clean and pretty. I’ll definitely be coming back to try something new!

A cute and cozy coffee shop I found randomly. I luckily had my camera with me so I could snap a couple photos of it. They sell whole bean coffee at a reasonable price. I'll be back soon to try more tasty coffee.

I have been to many coffee shops, but this one just strikes differently. They put unique twists on their coffee and you can taste expensive at a cheap cost. Their cafe is relatively small but it has a very refreshing, homely feeling to it.

Very cute place and great coffee! Especially the iced island latte- it's like coconut-y but not too sweet and the espresso is perfect as well. Must try! Been finding myself going here instead of starbucks that's nearby recently!

I was visiting from Houston, where we have a myriad of options for boba. I ordered a standard milk tea with boba and half sugar. It's my usual order for any boba shop when I'm there for the first time. The milk tea is some of the best I've ever had and the boba has the perfect level of sweetness. I was very impressed with the drink and I've had dozens of different milk teas from all over the place. I would easily put it in my own personal top 5 boba shops.

I'm not sure if this is a family run shop, but the elderly woman that took care of me and my friends was extremely friendly! She made sure all our drinks were up to our standard. The young woman working in the back also did a phenomenal job crafting the drinks!

I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a great boba drink!

Drinks were delicious! One man army at the time I went, so he took my order and another family's. Really nice inside but it is a tad small, I know that can't be helped. Its decorated nicely though! Diverse menu as well

Just got a regular milk tea with boba and it tastes good! I am a no frills person so I would come again.

(It does not have a residue aftertaste like some other places. It just tastes clean.)

Sad to see low ratings of With Milk due to an impersonator harassing people online!! I LOVE this place and their tea is SOOO good. My favorite flavors from them are their Thai Tea and Milk Tea but I’m definitely wanting to try some more. Staff is always polite and sweet! 10/10 recommend, great place to hang out w friends or study :)
