The donuts are delicious! I’m not a big donut person, but these are definitely some of the best that I’ve had. They have a pretty large variety and all of them looked good. Way better than KK and DD.

Amazing service, the girl that helped me was so kind! I called ahead to reserve some blueberry donuts before they ran out and they put them aside for me. So nice. I ended up going back to get the rest of the blueberry donuts left lol. Blueberry donuts are delicious! Very clean location, they also have a drive thru. Thank you for the great donuts

Shipley Do-Nuts is always tasty. Good kolaches too. We like to come here at least once a week - the owner's are some of the nicest people. Would recommend sitting inside if you have time and watching how the donuts are made, then ask for a fresh donut after they get glazed. You won't regret it.

Best tasting donuts at a slightly cheaper price than Dunkin Donuts. They have a friendly patient staff there. Varun in particular is outstanding and courteous. Thank you Shipley for following me from Houston to arriving in my proverbial backyard in McKinney!

AMAZING! These kolaches are delicious. I get the sausage cheese jalapeno ones, could use a little more but they are delicious. The price is great too.

Majority of the time your donuts will be so fresh they’re still hot. And this is why I will be ordering here over Dunkin’ for example. Also these donuts are delicious! Pleased every time I order here.

Great service and extremely sweet staff. Came here for the first time via the drive thru on the way to the airport to pick up my mother. The gentleman who was working the window was super sweet, made sure I got a fresh donut to bring to my mom. That's the kind of care and service you want out of a place like this. Will absolutely be coming back! Not to mention the coffee and donuts were great! (get the spicy kolache..SO good)

These folks are on the ball! Our recent visit was on a busy Friday morning, but the team of servers were amazing at getting people checked out quickly and easily. Wide selection of donuts and sausage rolls...all great quality. This is our new go-to place.

Quality customer service, doughnuts are always fresh and delicious, super fast and quality drive thru.

Everything is always hot and fresh. The price point is okay! The service was a wee bit slow, but there were a lot of cars in line, and their orders were accurate! The attendant double-check the order at the window to make sure it was correct! She even told me which kolache was which due to having ordered several different types.

Decided to order seven dozen donuts to thank the construction workers Ive been taking temperatures of for two months. I called on Wednesday to place the order and the woman that answered the phone was beyond sweet and even gave me a 10% discount! I showed up about 20 minutes early to pick them up today and they were more than happy to accommodate me. And one of the ladies even helped me to my car. It was overall such a great experience and the donuts were delicious, creamy, and such a nice surprise for the workers. There was nothing but smiles and thanks from everyone. Thank you, Shipleys!!

Donuts are fluffy, they have great texture and just the right amount of sweetness. The employees and the staff are nice and have great customer service. Their kolaches are amazing, and I heard they are going to change the kolaches to make it even better as they were too big, but if these were already amazing then definitely the new ones are going to be amazing, a little too much bread though... but still amazing! their full service is amazing and drive thru is very convenient! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing donuts, at a very good price, with a huge selection to chose from; the kolaches are also a must try and the taste blends perfectly with their donuts. Customer service was also excellent and they were very helpful.

Did you know they also accept orders from Doordash and Uber Eats!? I'll have to try that next time.
