I absolutely loved my massage therapist Isabel! She was gentle and firm in the right places (my neck,, shoulders, lower back and glutes neeed the firmer touch and my arms, hands and ankles needed the gentler touch.) I feel relaxed. I'm also experiencing allergies and the eucalyptus aromatherapy has helped tremendously! I'm looking forward to coming back to help me with my pain. I will let you know how that works out for me. Laura the Assistant Manager is welcoming, professional and knowledgeable of all that Hand & Stome offers! It is great to know that there are locations in the U.S. and Canada that you can visit.

I had my very first facial here today and I will definitely be signing up for a monthly membership to make this my new go to spot. The young lady at the front desk was super friendly. Mimi did my facial and was amazing also! She was incredibly sweet. I’ve been to other places for facials where they can be harsh and pushy when it comes to up-selling. Mimi made recommendations based on my needs and made me feel like she just cared to help me to achieve the results that I want. The last place I went to, almost every time I went to pay, there would be 3-5 things they suggested I purchase. I even was criticized for refusing a service that was recommended at the last place I went to. I’m so happy to have found a new place I can go to! Thank you!

Editing review to add: Today was my second time visiting this Hand and Stone location! I signed up to become a member after a great first visit. My first visit was with Mimi and she was fantastic. She was not available and I was hesitant on booking now or waiting for her to return. I had an equally great facial with Monica! Monica was incredible! She was super sweet also and I appreciate the fact that she also did not attempt to upsell me on a ton of products or upgrades but just did what was best for me. I also have to add.. her massage was SOOOO good. I live a very firm/stronger massage and was very impressed. Anyway, I just wanted to come back here to add much deserved kudos for Monica also. I’m so happy to be a member here.

Was able to get an appointment easily. Wendy did my massage. She asked me for any focus areas and concentrated on them. The amount of pressure was perfect and I have felt significant relief since the massage.

Went there on a girls day (15 girls). Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating towards this loud bunch! The massage by Precious was amazing! And I can't say enough about my facial by Jamie. It was absolutely the best! Highly recommended. Cannot wait to come back!

A wonderful experience!! Jamie at the front was so helpful in creating my appointment and I am so lucky I had Wendy as my masseuse!! She took the time to work out months of tension and several knots in my shoulders and I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I’ve never been a regular massage person, but look forward to seeing Wendy at my next visit!

Couples room and massage was very soft and relaxing. They go out of their way to accommodate your stay and enjoy the massage. The hot stones was a great added touch and Dorin did a great job. Very relaxing massage and great environment.

This Plano location of Hand and Stone is amazing as a whole - it's always well organized at the front desk, clean and neat inside, and everyone is very friendly. ALL the massage therapists are very good..- (you won't leave disappointed no matter who you have)...but with that said their massage therapist named Lynda is TRULY AMAZING!!

I booked a massage awhile back and was assigned Lynda at random having never used her before. Well after Lynda's first massage I was so blown away by how good it was and how awesome and relaxed I felt when it was done, that I've since become a regular. Her masages have the ability to relax you to the point where you become at serious risk of literally being put to sleep - in a fantastic way of course!

You can't go wrong with any of the therapists there - with that said I tend to inquire about Lynda's availability first whenever I call to book an appointment there. If you happen to have Lynda as your therapist you certainly won't regret it - but the reality is you'll be in for a treat regardless of which therapist you get!

The other day I was runnng unexpectedly late to my appointment and so upon learning of this, they took the liberty of rearranging some things to ensure I was given my full allotment of time anyway. They were certainly under no obligation to do that - (after all being late was my own fault!) - but they felt compelled to go truly above and beyond anyway. Why? Because that's how they choose to run their client-focused business.

The whole operation at Hand And Stone Plano is first class - It earns every bit of that 5 star rating. Highly recommend you check that Plano location out!

Jamie was amazing. She has strong hands but gentle. She is kind and is a skillful professional. One of the best massages I've ever had. This is a great massage location compared to others and not over priced. I'll be returning soon and for sure requesting Ms. Jamie!

Truly a great place to get a facial, massage, etc. Everyone is super nice and cool. I also had the BEST person doing my facials when I went there. Shama is the person I go to everytime I visit and she always takes great care of my face and makes the whole session great and comfortable! Definitely recommend her for anyone going there for the first time!

This Hand & Stone location is wonderful. From the friendly front desk staff who make booking an appointment easy or help answer any question I may have; to the massage and facial staff who are professional and great at what they do. Becoming a member here was the best decision I could have made. I have had the opportunity to have Jamie, the owner, give me my last two facials. She is professional, kind and works hard to make sure this location is a calming and welcoming place the moment you step through the doors. I have had a few different massage therapists when I have come in and each one has listened to what I’ve said when telling them about a specific area to focus on and I always leave relaxed. i absolutely LOVED it here; my facial was amazing literally beyond what i expected. Sara, the esthetician, was not only so friendly and welcoming, but also gave me the best facial EVER. i was so relaxed and my skin is glowing!! No wonder why she is a skin expert! i even signed up for the membership :))

It was our first time at the spa with my mom who got a classic facial. We had a great experience because the staff was very welcoming,making sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. Jamie did the facial and my mom felt all relaxed and fresh after it. She really loved the massage and the aromatherapy added to the relaxing effects. We will definitely be coming back. My husband and I came here for a massage and facial and absolutely loved it. I had Katherine for my massage and she worked wonders on my legs. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. She is amazing! I had Monal for my facial which was awesome. She knows so much about skin care. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Very clean and relaxing facility. We were so impressed by the staff that we decided to get a membership. So worth it!

This location is by far the best Hand and Stone I have ever visited. The front desk people were super sweet and helpful, especially the manager China. I had a massage and facial and came out feeling the most relaxed I have ever been. I immediately signed up for the membership. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Last summer I was experiencing a lot of back pain so I decided to start going here, it has been an amazing experience every time and I always leave feeling so much better than I came in. Not only because of the massage but because of the people who work here. I have been seeing Joy since pretty much the start and she does an amazing job! She is very kind hearted! The manager Jamie is also very nice and always extremely friendly! My back pain may make me get a massage every month, but I will continue to come here for the people! And maybe the amazing massages too!
