Aisha was very helpful facilitating my understanding of location access at different membership levels, demonstrating single use locker combinations that have been put in place, and answering my question about membership holds when out of town for an extended time. I was able to resume the swimming I love soon after on the same day. In the locker room, I was pleasantly surprised to see glass door upgrades to the showers and was glad maintenance schedules were posted clearly communicating facility use changes. This allows for planning appropriately when using the guest passes allotted each month. I will only bring guests when I can show off my favorite things. I was also thankful for the flexibility of the swim coach in allowing use of reserved lap lanes while his need was not 100% yet and another patron was using the only lane left open. This corresponds to what I expect from a higher tier fitness center when those with memberships have tight schedules but still prioritize health and fitness.

A wonderful happy place to workout. People were awesome. Always super nice clean and organized. I love that place, I think it’s the perfect place for everyone.

Jennifer is literally the best! She always makes my family and I feel so welcome. No matter what time of the day she always is super friendly, professional and kind!

RUTH is an outstanding instructor! Ruth explains form perfectly, corrects as needed, encourages and challenges. Volume is perfect. ULTRAFIT is my favorite!
JOE’s PICKLEBALL Clinics have taught me so many valuable lessons that make the game more fun. Joe also goes above and beyond the clinics to help create a pickleball community feel during the morning open play.

This review is for Coach Courtney Goeas at Allen Lifetime Gym. I do various workouts ranging from HIIT to power lifting to cycling, which caused me to have tight muscles. I have been looking for a stretch specialist and tried out various places like StretchLab and other stretch flexologists at Plano and Frisco Lifetime. I found Courtney through a 30 min complementary stretch session that Lifetime offers at the Allen location and she's the absolute best! She really knows how to work the body and I feel so flexible and mobile after my session with her. Highly recommend if you are looking for a personal trainer or some recovery/rest day stretch sessions! She does both.

The amenities seem endless here. Every interaction with the staff has been exceptional, especially the aquatics instructors that are teaching my son how to swim! Love the classes, kid's programs, towel service, eucalyptus steam room, and outdoor pools!! The Cafe and spa are nice perks as well.

Clean club with lots of great classes and friendly staff. I especially love the positive energy and great workout in their Barre class with Suzanne and their Cycle class with Reba. The club is family friendly with a Kids academy that offers a variety of classes that my kids enjoy, like rock climbing, martial arts and junior pickleball. Their swim lesson are great and have quickly progressed my kids. Highly recommended!

I’ll start by saying I gave Lifetime 5 stars because of Josh’s Dance Jam class on Saturday mornings. It’s high intense, fun, and such a great workout. We all love how great of an instructor that Josh is. He’s literally the only reason I pay for this expensive membership. I also love the fact that Lifetime has a steam room that actually works. Most gyms now a days don’t have a steam room and it really helps my body post workout. The pool is great and the kids club treats my child with care. The biggest downfall is that Lifetime is over priced. It keeps getting more and more expensive in my opinion for no reason. For example, studio 1 does not have working AC still, and these cost should mean the facility is top notch at all times. Again, I only pay because of Josh and his class doesn’t have AC. That’s wild.

Getting a Lifetime membership is a no brainer. Best athletic club facility in the nation. Weight room is on par with Golds Gym. Not to mention the indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs, 2 basketball courts, pickle ball courts, sauna, steam room, group fitness classes, spa, cafe, and even more! The staff that I have experienced has been awesome as well. Worth every penny. Been a Lifetime member for about 4 years now and will be one for many more years to come.

The best trainers! They push you to your limit!! The best trainers that I have ever had is Adriana G. and Bethany A. ! If you haven’t taken their classes you need too! Especially if it’s going to be your first time taking a class they make it fun and they motivate you to be better and better! Highly recommend their cycling classes

Great equipment and facilities that are always clean. Andre and Jennifer do a fantastic job in the concierge desk and are a pleasure to work with.

I went to Lifetime Allen with the intention of signing up for a membership, and walked out signing up my whole family! Andre presented me with the best customer service, a friendly smile, and was very knowledgeable! Andre helped me truly understand the value I was getting and allowed me to walk out very happy! I got the package that gives me access to every Lifetime in Dallas and could not have been any happier! Thank you so much Andre!

Great gym. Expensive but the benefits are worth the price. You could go elsewhere for 1/10 the price... but then you'd wait for machines, work out in a crowded gym all the time, have limited class options, not pool unless 10 other people wanted your lane....etc... this is a resort!! Not a gym. It's a club atmosphere, not at rat hole with weights and some treadmills.

If you’re looking for personal training, contact Courtney. Her workouts don’t feel canned and generic. They’re highly tailored to my current condition and my future goals. She’s super friendly and enjoyable… but she’s still able to motivate me and keep me accountable.

LifeTime Allen has warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is very nice and willing to help you along your fitness journey. Great place to go for 50+ crowd. They are currently catering to our needs. Robyne is the best!!! We now have over 10 pickle ball courts which are very popular!!!

I love life time fitness people who works at the front desk are very friendly I feel very contable,, they have a lot a work out machines,, coffee restaurant,, saunas, jacuzzi, and a lot more staff,,,I'm very happy I enjoy it

Clean, if something breaks it’s repaired the next day. Customer service is fantastic. Locker room always clean. People respect the gym and equipment. Personal trainers seem to love their job

This is one of the best lifetime facilities in Texas. They offer a lot of classes. The trainers are amazing. I want to especially mention Andrew (Clark). He is the best trainer(coach) i have ever had. He guides you step by step and even in group classes he pay attention to each participant. He always has a smile on his face and we can tell that he loves what he is doing. Overall the facility is very clean and the staff is friendly

Quite possibly the greatest Child Center Team EVER. And the Front Desk Team! They’ve gone above and beyond in just about everything I can think of, from helping my children with separation anxiety to their understanding in how I parent, which is a HUGE deal to me. My 2 yo has a hard time with going in sometimes and usually wants to nurse before I leave. They’ve never made me feel bad for tending to her personal needs. She’s not just a whining/needy child to them - they love her and accept her as she is. My 4 yo has numerous amounts of severe food/environmental allergies and we’ve had multiple instances where he’s had an allergic reaction due to unforeseen circumstances. Instead of making me and my family feel unwelcome because of the “inconveniences” of having a highly allergic child, they’ve asked me what they can do and how they can prevent him from having allergic reactions. They’ve called me when they’ve suspected an allergic reaction, which tells me they’re watching out for his well-being. As a parent, I couldn’t ask for a better group of people that I trust completely to take care of my children. They treat us like family and take the extra steps to check up on us after his allergic reactions to show their concern and love. I really couldn’t express all of my gratitude to them because it would take days. I am forever grateful for the Child Center here.
