Waterford on the Meadow

I came with my family to tour an apartment and this is the first apartment community that looked beautiful on the outside and the inside. It smelled amazing, the snacks and refreshments were great and Maribels hospitality and great sense of humor made it more of a fun tour. I applied and can’t wait to live here.

Evon is a awesome agent! She is outstanding in customer service and knows how to fix all issues. She is great and I give Waterford on the Meadow the highest rating on Customer Service! Thank you for what y'all do.

This is a awesome property with great amenities! Spacious floor plans. Very quiet and cozy! Family oriented and the staff is on top of everything! Nothing lacking in any way! Come check them out cause I'm here to stay!

Was greeted by Maribell very nice person and communication was on point. Got to know a Little bit about her just loved her energy . She listened to my concerns and needs which was great. Looked at a Townhouse it was beautiful unfortunately they didn't have anymore available so applied for the biggest apartment they had the property was clean and well kepted hopefully this will be my new home soon. Please do yourself a favor and stop by the leasing office if you're looking for a new place to call home! The entire team is polite, kind and courteous on top of professional. From the day I toured and beyond me suiting my application, they have been super helpful and took the stress out of a potentially highly stressful process. I worked specifically with Evon. Maribel is just as helpful as Evon. It's clearly a culture here to "do right by the people". I'm glad I stopped by & now have the keys to my new home!

Great experience today with Maribell (11/25/23) I'm Active duty military and she was able to schedule a tour with me. She was friendly and nice; she answered all my questions, helped me with better understanding of payment. She also let me tour multiple types of homes so I can see what fits me best! 10/10 !

Went in looking for a new place for my mother to live in and Evon made it happen quickly without any issues. The respect and courtesy she exhibited was beyond our expectations. Where do I begin…I had the most amazing experience with Maribel!!! I have been searching for an apartment for several weeks and have encountered some of the worst customer service from multiple communities. However, that all changed when I spoke with Maribel. I've been living here for a long time. I love the new management company, the girls in the office have been very kind. I love the event they had on Friday. My kids had so much fun. I am definitely renewing my lease again!
