Integrity Personal Insurance

I have used Integrity Personal Insurance for a couple years and am super glad I switched to them! They review my policy renewals every year, and if there are other companies that give me equal coverage for less money, they will contact me and help me switch. They also reviewed the deductible options with me, and I made a change there after understanding the tradeoffs. Integrity makes it so easy to get the coverage I need at the cheapest rates every year. I have saved a couple thousand dollars already in the last 2 years!

Tanyanna Gains was amazing! Got me a lower rate with my previous insurance company and made sure I was covered with the best policy for the price. She told me she believed in me and was proud of me. She even gave me the privilege of calling her direct line for my insurance needs! She's great!

I met Courtney almost 8 years ago. We eventually got married. She moved from a claims position into a sales position and she wrote my auto policy and let me include her truck on my policy! Sadly, she’s now my ex wife, but she’s still my insurance agent. There were times I Was relaxing by the ocean, listening to her help her clients with their insurance needs. I do not like dealing with auto or home insurance. I probably speak for many. With that being said, Rory was the agent who I had spoken with. We started speaking about changing my home and auto insurance a few months back. I told Rory I had recently retired and moved to a new state. I informed him that I needed time to look at my finances and would get in touch with him when I was ready. Rory was completely understanding and was still willing to go over any policies and discuss the pros or cons. I had not given him a sure answer that I would even use his company when I was ready to change insurance companies. Rory was still willing to be of assistance and courteous in this whole situation.

Rory would text me and reach out and see how things were going. Rory was very patient, professional and knowledgeable on any question I had asked.

Rory did a lot of leg work and searched through many policies that he would email me to look over before I made a decision to work with him. I did use Rory and Integrity insurance for my home and auto policies.

They are not only very responsive but they also are proactive. I have been using them for over 10 years. My car insurance went up to more than 15k a year. After shopping it they got it down to a little over 4K for the year. 11k savings. These insurance companies prey on people that don’t pay attention to their premiums. I am glad that Integrety Insurance does.

Brittney answered all of my many questions, made extra phone calls to carriers based on my feedback and found us a less expensive option for the next year. I would highly recommend her!
