Farmers Insurance - Roger Greene

I have been working with Roger on obtaining an insurance policy. I found him to be very helpful, knowledgeable, diligent, efficient, and professional. Thank you, Roger!

This brief review is provided in response to a request from Farmer's Insurance for a review of Roger Greene who does business in McKinney, TX. To be brief and concise about that type of QA review for Roger and his office staff's performance, we had all of our insurance needs in a package that was serviced by Roger's office for over 5 years, and we were exceptionally pleased with his/their services for a number of areas. Price quotes were accurate and timely, complex concepts were explained in simple terms, claim servicing was exceptional and all of these services were delivered in a professional and caring manner. When I had to moved away from Texas because of job relocation, I was very sorry to lose the best insurance agent's team we have ever had. If you live In the Dallas, TX metro area, give Roger a call for your insurance needs. You will be GLAD you did.

Roger has been handling my insurance for years now and has always gone above and beyond in taking care of me and my family. He even helped my daughter with Insurance questions when she wasn't even his customer, now she is. The personal experience he gives his customers is second to none, if you ever have questions hes always there to answer them. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If someone leaves a bad comment about Roger I'll bet there is more to the story then is let on. Customer for life.

Roger and team are great to work with. I've had no issues in the 20 years I've been with them. Roger is always ready to assist and/or give advice.

We have used Roger's agency for 4 years now. We have auto, home and business insurance with them. They are such nice people to talk with and get stuff done. They make you feel like you are family. I was involved in a hit and run yesterday and I called and asked what to do they got me taken care of right away. Roger also called me to check on us and see if we were okay. They really want to make sure you and your family are taken care of. Love the personal touch!

Farmers has been nothing but good to me and my family I feel safe with Farmers knowing if anything was to happen I would be covered completely

Car was parked in building garage which is resident only and gated. One of Perpetrator entered the car and stole a bunch of things. I reached out Roger Greene and his agency was super helpful in guiding the right course of action for the steps ahead and suggested filing a claim.

Roger does not take care of his clients. My son's policy was cancelled without our knowledge. Agreed that the policy my son had was bad, did not offer the needed coverage but took no responsibility for that. Is no longer responding to messages asking for help. There are lots of good insurance agents in the area. I would suggest looking for someone else

All good until you buy policy from the. LOOK OUT FOR THE COVERAGE THAT WILL CHANGE WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU AFTER THEY SEND YOU PROPOSAL. My Rental coverage was removed without notifying me. Hard to get in touch when there is claim, no email answers. NOT RESPONSIBLE MR. ROGER! STAY AWAY
