The staff in this store is amazing! so helpful, kind, and attentive. I was shopping for jeans and the whole team was bringing me multiple sizes, checking prices, and super sweet. They all need a raise! 10/10, shop here for AE!

I went into American Eagle having been my first time there, not knowing what to get, all I knew was I wanted jeans. My husband and I were greeted many times and even helped by a young man (all I remember is he had a red hoodie and blue shorts) but he was very sweet and patient in helping me pick out some jeans and shirts. He helped me out at the registers and helped us save some more money at the end of our transaction which I loved!! It’s nice to be at a store that values their people so much. For sure won’t be my last time shopping!!!

Took my sister for some back to college jeans upgraded and was assisted by the best sales assistant by the name of Emma. She helped us personally pick out two pair of jeans that fit her perfect, made sure they fit right and suggested other complimenting outfits. I’ve never been assisted better in a store and I will have no problem driving out to Allen to receive this assistance again. Each employee had great attitudes and the store was remarkably clean and organized well, which says a lot for an outlet location. Definitely will be back!

Amanda was my sales associate. She helped my daughter find pants to fit correctly and what she wanted. Was happy and thankful for her assistance.

Mona/Monica checked me out and saved me close to $60. She also made checking out entertaining. Had a great experience and was thankful for both young ladies with their assistance and good experience.

My son made a haul today. 3 pairs of jeans and 1 pair of sweats for $200. Not bad. Great sales right now. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I went to the store today unsure of what I wanted. As I was looking around Kristal (spelled with a K) came up next to me and started making conversation with me. She helped me pick out what fit best and what worked best. I was able to find the perfect pair of shorts. It’s almost like I was shopping with my best friend. They have amazing customer service there and it’s always a good experience when I go!

Marshall was absolutely amazing!! I was a first time shopper and he helped me find my sizes and explained everything so clearly. He was so kind and made me feel welcome! So glad he was the first person I met during my first experience shopping there!

Amazing store & very good collection. One of the best customer service experiences. Shawna V. & Kayla B. were very friendly & patient in helping me exchange my order and suggest me some really good options. Others working at the trial room were helpful & friendly as well. Definitely will visit the store in future again to buy some good quality clothes.

Amazing Customer Service

In these days of waning customer service, it was a terrific surprise to fine such excellent service. I was greeted at the door, escorted to merchandise and assisted at the fitting rooms. Extremely well run. Congratulations on your very fine work!

The staff was so friendly at this location. They asked if we wanted to open a dressing room. When we finished shopping a dressing room was waiting for us with our clothes already in it. The staff always asked us how we were doing and helped us find sizes and styles that we couldn’t find ourselves. Overall one of the best American Eagles I have ever been to. Keep it up!

Always find great deals here. The clothes are such good quality. I would have liked to see more jeans for men in a 34/36.

Best experience at an American eagle and none of my experiences have been bad. Alessio helped me so much with finding the most difficult to find in the store my size and non-ripped jeans, but he was so patient and so helpful. He then helped me find more stuff for my husband. I never felt pressured to buy more he was just so helpful that I wanted to. The entire team was great!

Both times I went in here the employees have always been very accommodating and friendly. They are always willing to help. American eagle in general is pricey, but you really do get great quality jeans. I appreciate employees who go above and beyond to help and be friendly as well. I’ll always go back to this location!

Abbi was phenomenal! I was in a hurry and needed a pair of jeans. I couldn’t find my size anywhere and she found me the perfect pair in under five minutes. She was very friendly and attentive!

Love American Eagle clothes so much. Most of my wardrobe is this brand. Always love coming to the store except the last time 2 employees were rude, unprofessional, and if that was my first visit, I wouldn't have gone back. Despite those 2, I'm still giving 5 stars. Hope someone teaches them better.

Extremely happy with my purchase that I recently made, I actually found my size and I doubted myself earlier when I first entered this store at the Outlets. Especially being on the chunky size, I was immediately pleased and relieved that one of the nice young sweet girls showed me to the section that had my size. Which I absolutely loved about them especially when they had the jeans I was looking for and it was on CLEARANCE for $20. I Absolutely fell in love with the jeans and the shirt purchase I had made with them!

Everyone here was super nice and helpful when I went in today. But a young girl named Haley was absolutely amazing! She helped me find the cutest outfits and took her time to help me and my friend!

We went in yesterday and I believe the girls name was Kendall? I apologize if I got her name wrong but she was so sweet and so helpful and she was my own personal cheerleader. I'm very self conscious and she made me feel so comfortable and really raved about things I felt good about trying on.
Maybe it's her job and maybe not, but she really made me feel good and that goes a long way with me. Thank you!!!
