My Pediatrician

We went through 5 pediatricians who did not believe anything was wrong with our son because we were first time parents. Went to My Pediatrician and within the first 10 minutes Dr Bilal had figured out our some was not only teething as a 2 month old but also allergic to his formula. Could not say enough good things about this office. Over the years we have taken our children to see all 3 Dr's and have always had a great experience. Highly recommend My Pediatrician if you want thorough, personal, and caring service!

I saw NP Mehreen Noordin and she was amazing! I was provided so much information for his visit and she was really great at giving reassurance. I felt like my concerns were heard and paid attention to. I also needed documentation for my son’s daycare and the office was very quick and efficient on getting it done. Highly recommend!

This will be a long review but trust me it will be worth the read. I had to change my daughters PCP due to an insurance change and I came across Dr. Swanigan which spoiler alert was the best decision I could have made. I had concerns that my youngest daughter was delayed and I voiced this to Dr. Swanigan over the phone, I was told to come in the next day. Dr. Swanigan confirmed that for her age she was not hitting the necessary milestones and recommended I have her evaluated for ECI and neurology. This is usually a difficult and timely process but not with Dr. Swanigan and her team. They jumped on the referral process immediately and I was seen and had her evaluated within the week. Her previous pediatrician did not listen to my concerns but Dr. Swanigan did and I felt heard. As we thought, my daughter was delayed and started ECI immediately as well as waiting for her neuro appointment. Ultimately a diagnosis was made and with that diagnosis came...you guessed it more referrals...like 10. Jenifer made the process painless. She did all the work for me and got me in with specialists I normally would have had to wait months for. I would reach out to her asking for a new specialist and within the day she had done her part and gotten the referral submitted. I was able to schedule within 24 hours, and I didn't have to wait weeks for a referral. She has gone above and beyond for my family and I will always be grateful for their guidance and help as I adjusted to our new normal. I would recommend Dr. Swanigan over and over and my kids will never leave. I felt heard and in this world that's not something you come across a lot.

I live in Houston tx I had to Came to Dallas on a family emergency, my toddler ended up needing to see a pediatrician quickly I found this place on google. & I’m extremely happy I went to see Dr. Swanigan she was so nice & sweet she was very gentle with my toddler the place was so clean!! ❤

I'm so glad I couldn't find a pediatrician close to me because they are definitely worth the drive! They have shown us nothing but love and support. They explain everything so well and have no problem spending a few extra minutes to talk to me. They love my sweet baby so much! You are not just a number here. You actually matter! Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my girl! Y'all are seriously the BEST!!!!

I had an appointment with NP Mehreen. she is amazing and very caring. My baby was suffering from nasal discharge and watery eyes. For clearing the nose and throat, she showed me suctioning and holding techniques by doing herself. The technique worked really well when I did it home.

She is wonderful. I love her. I will definitely schedule next appointment with her both for treatment and my learning.

I would recommend her for sure.

Been going here about 3 years, Love all of the Dr's. Always able to get my kids in when they are sick. They are great with my kids.

Dr Bilal is honestly the best paediatrician I have encountered, and I’m going to be keeping her as my daughters paediatrician for as long as I can. She has always been so kind and generous in every appointment. She gives me all the time that I need answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. Her advice has never failed to benefit the wellbeing my daughter, and because of her I feel very confident about my daughters health. I’m very grateful to have found someone as experienced and warmhearted as her so early on. I highly recommend her as your child's primary care provider!

Dr. Bilal is by far the best pediatrician around! She has such a passion to help children and that is clear to see every time we bring our kids in for scheduled visits or sick visits. She goes above and beyond to make sure our kids receive the best care in her office or even when we are at home and have questions, she will return our calls in a very timely manner. Her knowledge and experience is also evident in each visit. Her staff also does a great job in helping with the kids and getting us in and out faster than any other pediatrician we have been to! Which as a parent, that is very helpful when you have 3 kids in all at one time!
We Highly recommend Dr. Bilal as your primary care pediatrician if you are looking for a new one!

Dr. Bilal and her staff is wonderful. I was searching for a different doctor for my newborn than where I had been taking my other child for the last 3 years. She exceeded my expectations and addressed any concerns I had regarding my new baby. She was very knowledgeable and very warm during our appointments. She made my toddler feel special too even though it wasn’t her appointment. I felt at ease with her and felt confident my newborn was in the right hands.

My baby is Dr.Bilals patient since she was born.
When Dr. Bilal is out of office my baby has been well taken care of by Dr. Swanigan.
Both doctors make sure the child is very comfortable and are very flexible with your babys vaccine schedule.
I think these two are the best pediatricians team in this area. We are so lucky to have found the right doctors for our dd at the first try.
The office staff and the nurses are very good too. They are always good to talk to and the nurses remember details about their tiny patients very well. They also let us know beforehand whether a particular vaccine is going to hurt more, so that we as parents are prepared.
Regarding appointments for sick visits we always get an appointment the same day or the next day itself.

Was looking for a doctor and found Dr Bilal on a whim. I haven’t looked back since then. She’s extremely gentle and knowledgeable. I absolutely love how she breaks down every prognosis and explains it to us. We love how clean and hygienic the office is. It’s a huge upgrade from our last pediatrician. So lucky to have found her. We love how flexible they are and can always fit us in. 10/10 recommend to every parent.

Love love love! I was struggling to find a doctor while my twin boys were still in the NICU (who are now 2 1/2). I found My Pediatrician after weeks of searching, I think they had just opened and I’ve been in love ever since. Dr. Swanigan is our primary but I’ve also seen the other doctor as well and they both amazing! I absolutely love Dr. Swanigan! She’s patient and never tries to rush out of the room before sitting and answering any questions we have have. My boys were preemies so they required extra care and referrals and the office was quick to get on them and listened to every concern I had.

The office staff is also amazing sweet. They are quick answer the phone and call back if they miss a call. Everything is done in a timely manner. Even getting us back to a room never takes long. The longest I’ve sat in the waiting room is around five minutes.

I have never had an issue and I’ve never walked out feeling like I was unhappy with my visit or rushed out. I would 10/10 recommended My Pediatrician!

I moved to Dallas about 6 yrs ago and my children need a doctor I came across Dr. Bilal when she was at Lake highland. Dr Bilal is a caring, attentive, loving, dedicated, encouraging physician. When in the care of her for my children I feel safe knowing that they will receive the best care possible. She includes and involve you in all your children care plans and follow ups with there needs. Dr Bilal is awesome and I won’t travel to any location to get the best care my children needs. I have to say Dr. Bilal is BY FAR THE BEST OF THE BEST pediatrician ever. The way she cares for her patients and how sweet and kind she is ❤ Always has a big bright smile on her face. She also takes time in explaining any concerns you might have. I love that every time our Little gets shots she takes time to contact us to keep her updated on how our Little is doing. We just love her so much and I have never met Any Doctor as great and kind as she is 😊

Dr. Bilal is AMAZING! She’s been our daughter’s pediatrician since she was born (our daughter is almost 7 months now) and I feel like we won the lottery finding her. She always takes the time to answer any questions and share her knowledge. She’s patient, kind, and always smiling.

Recently, our daughter had a spell of vomiting 8 times in 3 hours which is highly unusual for her. Hoping to get an on call or answering service at 10pm for advice, we called the office number and Dr. Bilal answered herself. We are so grateful and appreciative of Dr. Bilal’s commitment to her patients and we’ve recommended friends looking for a better pediatrician to her office.

We hardly ever have to wait more than a few minutes for our appointments. The staff is friendly and the office is clean. Love the themed patient rooms too.

If you’re looking for a pediatrician that checks all the boxes, even the ones you didn’t know existed, Dr. Bilal is the one!

Dr. Bilal is great! She is truly passionate about what she does. My son feels so comfortable around her. He lights up when she walks in the room. She treats my son with such kindness.
Also, there was a day my son was very sick and she went out of her way to fit us in her schedule. That means the world to me. It just shows how much she cares.

Dr. Swanigan is an every day superhero and deserves recognition for how attentive she is with her patients. My fiancé and I are so grateful for how painless working with our pediatrician has been. The clinic itself is very clean… we’ve always been taken back right away… we can call and make appointments same day if there’s an emergency… you can call any time (even late at night as we’ve learned from experience) and speak to an actual pediatrician who actually listens and acts as if your child were her own. I have never had a Dr. that made me feel as cared for as Dr. Swanigan does my son. The world would be a much better place if there were more people like the pediatricians here!

front desk staff were incredible Plus the insurance person was able to verify they take my insurance while I was on the phone. All this adds up to customer service you rarely see these days! THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!!! You have a customer for life.
