First time at this McDonald's. Place was very clean and employees were very helpful. They were also very welcoming. Will go back.

One of the best Big Macs I have ever had. The French fries were nice and crispy fresh. The girl gave me my food with a smile. Perfect service and food.

I never post for fast food places because they are usually all the same, but this is my favorite Mcdonald’s location! I never have to worry about order accuracy, timeliness, or customer service. It’s the same positive experience whether ordering at drive thru or in app. I know that if I stop on my way to work, it will be quick and efficient every time. The staff have always been very friendly and kind to me here even when very busy.

I had a coupon from the app pulled up and they wouldn't take it saying invalid even after showing him the phone. They just kept repeating invalid like some robots not even at least acknowledging that it was there and just letting me pay the 1$ for the coffee. Honor the customer at least.

Never an issue.... staff is quick and sense if urgency ...I will be returning

3 people saw us standing there ready to have our order taken. Not ONE even acknowledged us letting us know it would be a minute.
I understand having worked the drive-thru 40 years ago and high volumes, so just acknowledging us would be all it took for us to be patient.

Very clean, great customer service, very respectful. I came during a fairly calm time though, so not sure how the lunch/dinner rush is handled. But from what I can tell they run a very tight ship here and I really enjoyed my experience!

We were traveling home from a doctor's appointment and decided to stop for a frappuccino. My daughter went inside and made the order. She ordered me a large and her a medium frappuccino. She also ordered two large fries. I enjoyed both. The fries were fresh and tasty. I really like caramel frappuccino and the taste hit the spot. They were very busy and efficient. The parking lot looked good.

Loved it! Really fast service. Food was delish! Friendly crew. Fair price. Drive thru is amazingly fast! Window clerk added another breakfast sandwich to my order with no problem and no delay AND no attitude! I thanked her for her service and she smiled in appreciation.

This McDonald's right here is the place to be at!!! First off, their customer service is outstanding!!! Secondly, their staff is amazing especially Ms. Lori & Mrs. Danesha!!! Their GREAT people for real!!! Last but not least, the food is always fresh!!! Ms. Lori shared some of her fries with me on her lunch break & they were so fresh!!! Thank You Ms. Lori!!! Beautiful Lady!!! I say everybody & their Mama should come to this McDonald's right here!!! Ya Feel Me!!! Praise God!!! In Jesus Name I Pray, Amen.

Food came quick. It was great to eat McDonalds fries crispy and HOT!

This was the best of the best as far as McDonalds is concerned. I loved their sausage biscuits, they were the perfect one I have ever had at a McDonald's. My ticket got crossed with someone elses and I was charged $17 for a $3 and had to go back several hours later, unfortunately it was an hour long drive to get back as I was just passing through town, but they fixed it without a fuss, gave me a free biscuit and a coke.

We were out in the Plano area and after our appointment with the children wanted to go to McDonald's and of course they love their four piece chicken nuggets and I decided to try the new grill chicken tomato basil meal and I got to say it is most delicious and the cashier was very nice and helpful very polite and the manager he was very nice and polite kind to us so me and the kids we had fun when you enjoy your food nothing else matters thumbs up

Absolutely AHHHHHMAZING! There's a special kind of suicidal despondency you hear peeking through the down trodden voices spouting their anemic affections out through the voice box machination of misery they call the drive through. Think your life is tough? Listen to their voices after 11pm, you'll feel like a bastion of contentment by comparison. Besides, where else can you do that much damage to your pancreas for $1?

Cleanest McDonalds/restaurant ever! ALL the employees were helpful & kind. Our food looked like an advertisement; it was put together with care. You could tell these particular McDonalds' employees take pride in their work. I'll go to this McDonalds every time I go to eat McDonalds.

A lady came in here and raised hell, and I just have to give the worker Marco/s (couldn't hear it well) a praise because he handled the rude racist lady very well. She was complaining about hispanics working here and that they can't understand English and asking what is the ratio of races, specifically black people. Marco/s should have not had to hear or deal with those things! This is one nation under God and we all have a right to work wherever it may be! GO MARCO/S, YOURE AWESOME!

McDonald's is always Super! Food is fresh and good and the wait usually around 5 minutes. Plus the worker's are alway's nice

Can't go wrong with coffee and an egg McMuffin. Drive thru moves quickly, employees are nice, food is hot, coffee is delicious and way less expensive than other places.

Used the curbside service, and the food was fresh!
