We love Dr. Naini; when moving my Father from a Doctor to her she took a lot of time with him and was very through in her testing; where she found cancer and she was helping make appointments with the doctors needed and he is now fine. It was a very serious situation and our family credits her in saving his life. Our whole family has transferred to her as a result. She knows her stuff and doesn't take short cuts.

I have been seeing Dr. Naini for about 2 years now and she is always very friendly, intelligent and thoughtful. I always feel comfortable with her and don’t mind having to go in for a visit. The nurses are very friendly as well and always willing to help.

I have been a pt with Doctor Naini almost a year now and she is an amazing doctor. VERY professional , caring and has a heart of gold. Her employees greet you with a warm welcome and a hug.

Dr. Naini is the best overall Doctor I have ever had the pleasure to use. Not only is Dr. Naini up on all the newest medical practices, she also knows so much about older practical methods. She is not so quick to give a shot or Rx. and send me on my way. Over the years Dr. Naini has kept me well. I believe she cares for me as much as her own children.

Support staff experience varies tremendously. Inconsiderate response when seeking quick attention to routine paperwork fulfillment. Dr.Naini, of course, is exceptionally comforting except for long-term Rx refills.

My wife went to Dr. Naini's office in Plano in the past and we were very disappointed with the attitude of Dr. Naini and her staff. While the staff were rude and treated us like dirt, the doctor herself appeared to be short tempered and literally asked my wife to leave when she tried to ask a follow up question. We bid her good bye after just one visit and will not go back to her ever.

I had seen many doctors in DFW area but Dr. Naini is the worst doctor ever. There are some offices where the staff was rude but in case of Dr. Naini, she herself was extremely rude. She is an obnoxious old lady who can barely walk and who herself appears to be in need of medical help from some good doctor. If you try to discuss a second medical issue, she gets mad and starts shouting at you. Visiting Dr. Naini was the worst experience. Don't go anywhere near this lady's office if you care for your health. I am giving a 1 star since Google does not let me give her a zero star. I would give her a minus star if possible.
PS. The doctor's response below claims that they have no record of me visiting them. The unfortunate ones who visited Dr. Naini is my family members with different last name visiting me and I accompanied them to this lady's office, which I regret doing. My guests left the city with a bitter feeling about Texas doctors. Shame on you Dr. Naini's office, please start treating your patients with some respect rather than yelling at us for exposing you.
