My dog has been here a couple times since and everyone is great. The workers are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor is considerate, listens and works with you to come up with a treatment plan that works for everyone. They present all options and let you choose, without being pushy and don't seem to be concerned with selling more treatments/services. Recently my dog passed away and I called to ask if they do cremation (they do). Without my saying who I or my dog was the woman I spoke to asked if this was for my dog, Avery. She gave me the pricing and said to call when I arrive and they would come get her from the car. I don't know what standard cremation prices are but I felt the amount they gave me seemed reasonable and dropped my dog off that afternoon. I highly recommend this office because they are caring, compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable.

Great doctor and staff! They don't over charge you and make you get medications if your fur child may not need it. They really do cate about your pets.

Glad I found this vet, they are very upfront & honest and I really appreciate that they do not try to push treatments or tests that they don't think your dog needs. Staff is really friendly and accommodating. They spend adequate time with you during the appointments and do a great job of explaining different treatment options.

Dr. Kendall and all of his team at Lucas Veterinary Hospital are just wonderful. Everyone who works at the office is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Kendall has so much wisdom, skill, and advice and always takes the time to listen to conerns we may have with our pets.

Excellent vet! Super friendly staff and were able to get my dogs caught up on vaccines and help with nail clipping. I have 3 large dogs and they were able to get them all in and out in one day. The staff was wonderful and reduced the anxiety my pups typically have in going to vet appointments.

We have been taking our pets to Lucas Veterinary hospital for over 18 years. I can't imaging going anywhere else. The level of care and personal attention that you receive from Dr. Kendall and his staff is better than most people get from own their doctor!!

We really enjoyed our first visit with Dr. Paa and the staff at Lucas Vet! We're super happy with the care we received, and happy to have found a staff so knowledgeable and comfortable in dealing with a reactive and anxious dog, such as mine. Highly recommend!

They are very gentle and sweet with my dog. The customer service is amazing and I love how they distract my dog with peanut butter for shots. She loves going to the vet! That means a lot to me. Would never want my dogs to despair going to the vet.

Dr Kendall and his wife, Freda, and the entire staff at Lucas Vet are awesome! We have been going there for over 12 years now and won't go anywhere else! Dr Kendall really cares for his pet patients.. often staying late into the evening monitoring and caring for your pet, should they have to be inpatient.. and he even calls with daily updates! We know this because, unfortunately, our dog had to be inpatient for 17 days. We would see his vehicle still there as late as 9:30 pm and he would call with updates around that time, too, which we appreciated so very much, as we were so worried about our dog. He truly, truly cares about all of his pet patients! Julie, at the reception area, even bought our Leonard a stuffed animal to comfort him during this time! You can take comfort that your pets are loved on and given the very best care by all of the staff when you take them to Lucas Vet!

After your pet's examination, Dr Kendall writes you a brief summary of exactly what to do regarding medications, activity, diet, etc. That is so helpful to have to refer to when you are back at home!

And, of course, they have treats for your pets! :)

We started using Lucas Veterinary Hospital for our various pets when we moved to Lucas 26 years ago and have never considered changing. Dr. Kendall and his staff are genuinely concerned about our furry family members. They have always provided wonderful care and excellent advice. Over the years Dr. Kendall has advised us of ways to help our pets maintain a high quality of life as they aged. And he has given us all the information we needed when tough decisions had to be made. I've lost count of how many pets we've trusted Dr. Kendall with but we couldn't recommend him and his team highly enough.

Just had our first visit with Dr. Kendall and staff, it was wonderful! Such lovely people! They took special care with my elderly cat , answering all my questions. The office was immaculate and we were seen right on time. Dr Kendall diagnosed my cat's issue quickly and put my mind at ease. I will never go anywhere else.

We love Dr. Kendall and so do our 3 boxers! He is very caring, gentle and loving towards our dogs and they never mind having to go to the vet! With 3 very active dogs, we've had our share of vet visits and we are very confident that we chose the right doctor. The staff at LVH is excellent, friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this vet hospital to anyone!! Thumbs/Paws up Dr. Kendall!

We LOVE Dr. Kendall and his staff! Been taking our dogs to him for 24 years. (Three different dogs over that span, with our third being a new 4 month old pup.) We could not be more pleased with his detailed care and professional advice. Not just a business!

We had a great visit. They welcomed Cesar (dog) when he came into the lobby. They got him into his exam on time and were very friendly and efficient. Dr. Kendall took the time to explain the test results and discussed things to do to keep our dog healthy. Great caring vet hospital...would recommend them without hesitation to everyone!

Dr. Kendall is great with our pets. He is very caring. He made it so much easier when I had to put 2 of my cats down. He made all the cremation arrangements and got the ashes back to me. He truly is the best veterinarian around.

My family has been bringing our dogs here for 15+ years, so when I got dogs of my own it was only fitting to go to Dr Kendall! I cannot reccomend this place enough - they are phenomenal. They are always on time, and we are in & out of appointments within 30 minutes. We have had multiple pop up issues with our dogs this year, and they have been able to get us in ASAP to take care of the dogs and get them well again. They remember you, your dogs, and are so warm & welcoming. Dr Kendall truly cares for the animals and gives great, straight forward care directions for the dogs. Cannot imagine bringing our dogs anywhere else!

We love Dr. Kendall and all the staff at Lucas Vet Hospital. They have been taking care of my fur babies for years and become like family. We are greeted by name, they play with our dogs when we come in. Dr. Kendall, and really, all of the staff, ask about our family when we come in. I can't say enough good things about these folks. They love the dogs and cats that come through their doors as if they were their own. They've played with the dogs when they were puppies, calmed me down when I found a tick on one of our dogs (and didn't laugh at me for the panic it induced), entertained crazy questions with ease and caring, and comforted us when we had to say goodbye to our dogs. These folks are amazing - you won't find a better vet anywhere.

Dr Kendall and his staff are amazing. He has cared for my 2 chihuahuas for years. He and his staff are very friendly, compassionate and always make you feel like you and your pet are part of their family....Sandy Sandlin

Dr. Kendall and his staff are all really nice and treated my cat, Spot, really well. He took lots of time to check her out and made her feel comfortable for the exam and shots. Will be back with my other 2 cats over the next several weeks.

Doc Kendall and his staff are the absolute best in the area! We've used them for years and have always received excellent care and service. We also appreciate the extra concern and comfort they've given us when we've had the heartbreak of having to let go of a terminally ill pet. They are like family after all these years.
