He is very patient, and answers all your questions you may have. I have never felt rushed when my child has had an appointment. He puts the best interest of the child first and makes sure they are comfortable with the medical equipment he may be using to look at them before doing any examination.

Dr. Kotas was my pediatrician and he’s now my daughter’s pediatrician. I’ve never met a more caring physician and there is no one I’d trust more to care for my daughter. I can go on and on about times he went above and beyond for our little one. The team at his clinic are all wonderful and they all ensure that every little thing is cared for. Amazing doctor and office. Thank you all for everything!

Definitely recommend Dr. Kotas. My son has seen him for years. He is kind and speaks to your child directly and with respect. He is informative and explains things so I understand without questions.

Dr. Kotas is the best doctor my children have ever had. He is on top of things, he will call you regarding results and follow ups. I had to go to a different pediatrician due to insurance which does not comparare to the level of expertise and care My children received with Dr. Kotas. Dr Kotas cares about his patients and goes that extra mile for them. I would recommend him highly, if he was not in the office my children would see the other pediatricians and they were also very good.

I have taken my kids to Doctor Kotas for fourteen years now. He is like family to us. I appreciate him patiently explaining things, answering my questions, and making realistic suggestions. He has a great rapport with us, and we plan to see him until our youngest ages out or we move away!

I am a physician from another country and I consider Dr. Kotas the best option for my children... he is not into doing whatever the parents want, instead he follows protocol and medical ethics all the time. We are very lucky to have him as our kid's pediatrician.

We saw Dr. Kotas for my son's 4 year check-up. We were searching for a new pediatrician since the last one we liked in Rockwall quit practice after having her 3rd child. I was not impressed with Dr. Kotas. He seemed rushed and uninterested. I felt like we were a number and also felt like he was pushing an agenda. Maybe he was having an off day as I see positive reviews for him. 🤷 Additionally, my wife called his MA and she was less than helpful.

We switched to Dr. Rosen (same office) today and he was great. He seemed to care and actually had a conversation with us. We found our new pediatrician and it is Dr. Rosen.
