What a brilliant business model... Create a jewelry store where 90% of the merchandise is fake and cheap, but sell it in high-end shopping centers for a premium markup hidden inside lots of bright lights and color patterns! Genius!!!

I don't get it... but I'm a guy. Girls seem to love it... so who am I to give it less than 5-stars. Well done, Kendi, well done!

Back in June I had purchased the EMILIE LINK BRC GOLD IRIDESCENT DRUSY

Unfortunately, it got tarnished and for the last month I have been going almost weekly to see if I could have it exchanged. The reason why I had been making so many trips to the store is because the bracelet was always out of stock and had been told to keep checking in. Until finally on my last trip to the store Ms. Sharon was the person who was finally able to help me with my dilemma. She too expressed that the bracelet was not in stock at the store. However, that she could order it on line for me and have it delivered to the house. I said to myself (Why did no one else offer me this option before?) I left her the tarnished one and within a few days my new bracelet had been delivered.
Sharon thank you so much for taking the time to help me resolve my month long dilemma. You really know how to do your job very well and go above and beyond with a smile!!! You are a Godsend. I hope others around you will learn from you and your example of excellent customer service!!!

It was my daughter's 9th birthday. We went to get her some earrings and they were so kind and really made it special for her. I really liked not having that feeling of being rushed as well. Thank you KS staff for being awesome! She absolutely loves the earrings.

One of my favorite jewelry stores. All of her designs are so beautiful. I was looking at earrings for my granddaughter for Christmas and they have a special section for sensitive ears. I'm so glad to know this. They have beautiful statement jewelry and very pretty dainty jewelry for young girls. I know if you visit this store you'll definitely find something you'll have to purchase!!

Marcella was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My friend and I came in just to browse, we weren't looking for anything specific. We left out with 2 items each! We spent a good amount of time at the Color Bar customizing things and had to order 1 item online. She made this experience very easy and more importantly very FUN! Marcella was knowledgeable, personable and extremely friendly. We plan on coming to see her every time we plan to go back here.

Beautiful location, I had mistakenly washed my Kendra Scott bracelet in jewelry solution which tarnished the plating. The staff not only replaced my bracelet, but instructed me how to properly take care of my jewelry as I have many of their products. Thank you so much, I will continue to buy for myself as well as family and friends. Happy holidays ✨🌟✨

Visited Kendra Scott in Allen, today as I was picking up an on-line order. Spoke to Somaya (Mya) M., Assistant Store Manager - Inventory Operations, as she attended me. Cannot thank her enough for all she did for my family and I. She truly touched my heart with her kindness, thoughtfulness, generosity, loving and caring heart; she definitely has a heart of gold. We enjoyed our visit to the store because of her. Excellent Customer Service; she's Exceptional - simply the Best that I have ever been treated by someone at a store, ever. Somaya, if you're reading this: "Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I wish there was many more of you in this world. Grateful for you." Highly recommend this location and please go see Somaya M. They have beautiful jewelry, as well!

I visit this Watters Creek Kendra Scott location at least a couple times a year (certainly always in my birthday month for the birthday discount). Most of my shopping with them, I do online. I like this store because while a bit farther from me than the Shops of Legacy in Plano, it much more spacious and comfortable to shop in. The purpose of this review however, is to compliment Celina. I visited back in October and Celina could not have been more helpful. I purchased several items, two of which I built at the color bar. Celina was warm, welcoming, professional and could not have been more helpful. Appreciated her assistance and also her ability to multi-task, helping me as needed but not neglecting others in the store (customers and colleagues alike) who needed help as well.

Went shopping with my mother today and Temeshia helped me pick out the most beautiful earrings for my mother’s birthday gift. Temeshia was so sweet and patient with us and mom and I just loved her! We had a great experience here and the store is very beautiful, clean and organized.

Just left after receiving the best customer service and help from Taylor. I walked in and said that I had no idea what I was doing. She stepped up to the plate and helped me pick out an appropriate gift. Very pleased with the rest of the service while checking out as all the employees were there to help.

I shopped on May 2nd and for a store opening at 25% capacity, they seem to keep the positive attitude flowing! I scheduled a shopping session/appointment and Kailey M. helped me the entire way! She let me look around and what also near by if I had any questions (as I was also shopping for my mom). Definitely splurged but I also had an amazing experience!

I went in today looking for a pair of Danielle’s in the limited edition Texas stone. While they were all out Jenn tracked down a pair for me by calling multiple stores and finally finding them in Fort Worth and having them shipped to me at home. The store was so so busy but she took the time to focus on me and work with me. Great service and I am so excited for my new earrings.

This Kendra Scott was AMAZING❤ I had to order over the phone because I wanted to use my birthday discount and they were so helpful!! When my necklace came in the mail they wrote me the sweetest letter for my birthday. So sweet and quick delivery!!!👍🏼

I was shorted product in an online order and unable to timely resolve via call/emails to customer service. Never thinking it would work, I called the Watters Creek store and MARCELLA and team resolved immediately. This store and team are for sure my new Go To when it comes to Kendra!

The store manager and the rest of the employees were very helpful and very kind. There was an error with a repair from corporate and they were quick to assist me and get things settled. Wish I remembered their names but they were all very friendly!
