Fantastic service! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Better than any brand choice pharmacy, i.e..CVS/WALGREENS. Definitely recommend. 5 stars!

So I've been coming here for a year now.
I loveeeeee the customer service. I'm not even inside the building yet and yet have my prescription ready for me.

They also offer free delivery to your door.
I've had this service a couple of times when kids or myself are to sick to leave the house.

Awesome service, easy to reach, reasonable prices, accepts all kinds of insurance, and can't say enough good things about this place.

Lifetime pharmacy is fantastic! They are always pleasant and professional, not to mention how much they go above and beyond every time. They deliver prescriptions for free and are always happy to do it. They have worked tirelessly through this pandemic for the sake of their customers wellbeing and we are all thankful!

We have been using Lifetime Pharmacy since Feb/March of this year and they have been a Godsend. We have never had an issue getting the meds we need which is awesome, but their customer service is hands down the BEST. They are responsive & extremely helpful. If they don't have the meds the same day the rx is received, they call ASAP to let us know. Not only that, but they deliver! We lived in Carrollton until recently and I was worried that we'd have to find a new pharmacy, but after speaking with the pharmacist, we learned, they will be able to deliver to us in Roanoke.

I usually speak with Shar when I call & she is so patient and does whatever is needed to ensure my son is taken care of when it comes to his medications (the whole family really, but it feels like she also looks out for my son which means more than anything). I am grateful to her for being so kind during a stressful time. She goes above and beyond for us or at least she has a way of making it feel like she is.

When I am able to pickup from the pharmacy in Allen, the facility is always so tidy and staff very friendly. The pharmacist is extremely helpful and personable. A recent example being him walking me through the steps for my son's emergency injection. He explained how to administer and even offered to show me the steps when it came to prepping the syringe. We've had this prescription filled in the past with other pharmacies and not once has it been an easy process trying to acquire the correct gauge/needle; much less someone being willing to take the time to explain how to use in an emergent situation.

I recommend this pharmacy on social media and would definitely give them more than 5 stars if I could!

We are more than 3 years now with Life Time Pharmacy and I really don't know why I didn't post a review till Now, I am sorry for this.
We were unable to collect our medications directly from pharmacy due to old age and have no car until we joined this great Pharmacy.
The Pharmacy Staff are incredible, kind, helpful and caring they are even above and beyond my best expectations where our medications now delivered to the door step with a smile.
We want to express our deep thanks and gratitude to all Staff members.

I have been a long time customer of Lifetime Pharmacy. These days it is hard to find a business that gives you real customer service. They are caring, they go above and beyond for their customers. They do treat you like family. I was unable to pick up an much needed prescription and they delivered it to me. I know the gas it cost for them to deliver cost more than my meds cost. I 💕 Lifetime and all the people that work there.

Char, and the entire team at Lifetime have gone above and beyond to get my daughter's scripts filled. One was going to be almost $3000, and the other one was going to be $500/month. Walgreens never even sent the paperwork requesting additional info to my doctor for insurance approval. Lifetime did it the same day. The delivery was amazing- they called to make sure we would be home from getting the CT Scan, before coming out. Absolutely top notch, they are extremely Professional, Courteous, and Caring! Finally I can get a script filled at a pharmacy that is truly committed to helping, and they work With me, not Against me!

We were so frustrated with CVS and knew we’d get the same indifferent treatment from Walgreen’s so we looked around and found Lifetime Pharmacy in Allen. We’ve never been this happy with a pharmacy. Not only are they friendly, not only do they always try to see that we get the best discounts possible ... they actually care and take care of us. They even deliver to us if we’re in a bind and can’t make it in when we need our medications. Lifetime has been the answer for us and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great pharmacy.

Absolutely outstanding team at Lifetime pharmacy. I always had a bad habit of delaying picking up medications at CVS or Walgreens because I knew when I picked it up I'd be paying hundreds even with my insurance. At Lifetime I pay a fraction of the cost, get my prescription filled instantly, and always have great customer service. My doctor strongly recommended this place and now I refer my friends and family here also.

The owner is super nice and always takes great care of me and my family. The customer service is outstanding and everyone is very nice and helpful. The complimentary drinks is nice as well!

Every aspect of my experience with Lifetime Pharmacy was pleasant. The staff was very patient and found coupons which drastically reduced the price of my prescriptions and the free home delivery is the icing on the cake.

I came upon Lifetime while calling around to compare prescription prices. Ahmed was helpful, informed and truly surpassed any expectation. Not only did he find coupons, he transferred my prescriptions and negotiated with my insurance to save me more than half of the price Walmart was giving me.

The staff was friendly and personable. They did everything in their power to help me save money while at the same time providing me with adequate pharmaceuticals. They took really great care of me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who isn't happy with their pharmacy!

Because of my work and weekend schedule, getting to the pharmacy within their business hours is a challenge for me. I came across a friend that told me about Lifetime - they mentioned that they deliver meds to you. That was right up my alley, so I decided to give them a try - I gave them my insurance info and address, and later that afternoon got a text alerting me of delivery to my door.

My doctor will probably thank them for giving me no excuse to take them. They’re friendly, independent, local, have a physical presence, and still give you online-level convenience. There’s really no reason not to go with them - five stars!

Very friendly, best prices and service in town. Usually I get my meds from Costco but these guys have even better pricing and do free delivery. Definitely recommend!

Wow! Simply outstanding customer service. Ahmed was incredibly helpful with getting the medication my daughter needed. He even offered a manufacturer’s coupon that brought the cost down from $100 to $20!! And free delivery! I wish y’all were here in my town!

So happy I stumbled across this new pharmacy. Both employees were super helpful and professional. I don't think I've seen a cleaner pharmacy than this one. Will definitely be transferring my prescriptions here after a great first impression.

Lifetime Pharmacy is the best!! My husband has a very necessary medication that would not be affordable to us at all (as in over $1000 per month.) Lifetime Pharmacy worked their magic with insurance and coupons and the medicine ended up costing us almost nothing. I also had a medication that my local chain pharmacy had not been able to handle the pre-authorization process for a week. I had it transferred to Lifetime and they had it ready the same day and it cost me $0.00! Thank you to the staff! You have really helped my family and we will be back!
