Definitely pricey for alterations, but they worked hard and fixed their mistake on my husband’s military uniforms. Would definitely recommend them!

I have been using this place since their name was still Venus Couture. Now they have changed it to Eco Green Dry Clean Tailor. Still same great service, they are amazing with alterations. I have also used their dry cleaning service and they are prompt and very professional. They are reasonable as well. They are my go-to each time.

Altered zippers for two jumpsuits and charged me $58. The zippers was not removed the seamstress just unloosened some stitching around the zipper so it won't get jammed. SMH!

This place is not professional! I just brought in 2 pieces of youth clothing to get altered and dry cleaning. I also brought in another pair of youth pants and a shirt just for dry cleaning and was charged $70! That price is outrageous! The shirt that was altered was not done correctly and it was extremely wrinkled. She started to blame me for the shirt not done correctly. I told her I will not pay for the shirt until it was done correctly. Later that day, I called and told her that I do not want her to fix it anymore and I will take it to someone else. She then hung up on me after arguing with me! This is my first and LAST time using this company! Do not recommend! This place definitely takes advantage and charges crazy prices! Never again! With those prices, I expect my clothes to smell like lavender🤣

This place is expensive and they do not keep records of payments! I brought in a dress to be altered and they first charged me $99 then when I went to pick up they said I owed an additional $44 but tried to charge me the $99 again. I had to pull up my bank statements showing I had already paid. They did decent work but not worth $143!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. They are supposed to be a same day service. I had some stains on my items so I understood it might take a day or two extra. It took FOUR days extra and they were very misleading with why it was taking so long. I needed the outfit for an important event and still was not able to wear it AFTER they kept my items for so long. I blame myself bc some of their reviews already weren't good but I figured I would give them a try since they are the closest to me. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I needed a white shirt cleaned and it was returned in the same condition. The worker, Kathy, was extremely unprofessional and very argumentative. You would be better off cleaning your clothes yourself. Never visit this cleaners.

Charged $86 for alterations. Severely overpriced coupled with extreme buyer remorse. smh

Over priced - owner tries hard on customer service but it is not sincere.since new owners took owner this place has gone downhill.
