Creekside South

This is an amazing community. The staff and maintenance were phenomenal. Maxin has went above and beyond for my needs before I arrived in December 2022 until I turned my keys. If I didn’t have to leave I still would be there. Thank you all for your support and the wonderful community you have created for residents.

Creekside South is the” BEST “place to live the grounds are gorgeous and well kept. Sarah and her staff are so Great they are always eager to help in anyway and if you call the office they always end the call saying; “If you need anything please let us know” how AWESOME is that. When you walk the grounds of Creekside South its very Homie and pet friendly if you have a maintenance issue it’s resolved in no time at all. I call them Super Hero’s because they come ready to work with a Smile. So if you are looking for a place to stay choose Creekside South it’s in walking distance to store and has all-around Good Vibes.

Thanks to the office team, I had a smooth move in process, especially the assistant manager who toured me around the property and assisted me with my application. Love the property now, quiet and peaceful.

I Love Miss Lindsay she’s a great help and helped with all of our issues today. The best property I’ve seen we are going to apply this weekend.

On July 12 I came to the Creek south apartments looking to rent for 2 Bedrooms for me and my family, honestly I did not expected more than hi, how can I help and the hand out of the floor plan. But Mrs.Maxin made the Creek south apartment really stand out because of her warm welcome to the customers and her professional approach. She listened to me and she knew exactly of was looking for she answer all my question in order not only that but she was extremely responsive to my phone calls and emails and very very helpful in processing the paperwork. If I could I would give her TEN STARS !

We have lived here since April of this year while we have waited for our house to be built and are really sad to be leaving. We've loved living here, the office management staff is extremely kind, especially Bertha, Isela, and Sarah. They are all really sweet, patient, very accommodating, and I've enjoyed chatting with them every time I am in the leasing office. I have lived in other complexes where the leasing staff was just really rude and that has been the complete opposite at Creekside. We're very lucky to have them :)

We've really had no issues with the apartment at all, maintenance requests have always been very quickly taken care of.

It's also really easy access to Walmart and gas (we walk to Walmart sometimes for quick errands which is really nice) and we're also really close to restaurants and Target..

For anyone who is also in the process of building a house and dealing with the supply chain delays and such, they've been really accommodating in letting us push back our lease date. You do have to pay more expensive rent as you go month-to-month (which is normal) but you won't be on the hook for a new year lease or anything like that.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! I am sad to be leaving

Love living here! Very nice apartments. It’s a sweet community and very family friendly. Office staff is professional, helpful and quick to address any needs. Maintenance is quickly responsive in the event that we need their services as well. Have enjoyed living here for 2.5 years! Especially in the summer when it is perfect pool weather!

I love living here. The office staff is very friendly all the time. My kids love the pool and having so many other kids to play with! We love taking out dog to the bark park! The apartment itself is very homey, I didn't think I would like living in an apartment however it has worked out great for our family!

I have had a great experience living in this complex the last year! We have had fantastic help from the office staff as things have come up along the way, especial Sarah! Sarah has gone above and beyond to make our experience at Creekside South enjoyable and easy for us. I am happy to have just renewed my lease for another year. I originally thought the complex was a little further from the city than I would have liked, but it makes for the perfect location to avoid the traffic of FM 544 and the rent is more affordable that way too! Nothing but a great recommendation for this complex.

I have lived here since November and have been very happy with the experience. Nice floorplan (1 BR), stainless appliances, granite countertops, nice fixtures and modern colors. In my first 3 months, I interacted with the office staff on several occasions and they were friendly and responsive. The property was just taken over by new management at the first of February and that positive experience has continued. They have been friendly, flexible, and responsive. The property as a whole has a nice layout as well. There is ample parking, a lot of open courtyard space, and the pool area is very attractive and well kept.

I absolutely love living at Creekside South, the leasing office is top notch! They keep everyone involved with a monthly news letter, offer activities, and do little “chances to win” games. Sarah Jones sold me the moment she took me on a tour. If you ever have an issue and you reach out you are guaranteed a response within 24hrs. The community is well maintained, pet and kid friendly, and over all a great place to call home!

This has been the best place we have ever lived. The office staff has always been amazing and took care of us. It was so very hard to move from here, and every time I speak about apartments I refer Creekside always. Our neighbors was great, the whole experience was great. I highly recommend living here temporarily or permanently!

Almost to the end of a 6month lease. It has been a great place for families with young children. There are always kids out playing in the green belt. My kids have made so many friends, they are outside everyday. They have community events that center around the kids, summertime there were always others for them to play with at the pool. Every other tenant we have come in contact with are great people. A very homey feeling community for families.

Office staff is super amazing! They are always very professional and willing to help! Sarah, the property manager, is always going above and beyond!! So excited I renewed my lease for 3 year in a row!!

Office staff were personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The apartments are brand new and have a huge kitchen with granite counter tops. The one bedroom apartments which is what I was looking at are a good size and include a fenced porch off the living room. The only downside is the living area is a bit small but works. The rent is reasonable especially for the size 856sft. I have lived here for a couple weeks and the grounds are well kept, and it is quite. It is gated but the gates are only shut when the office closes for the night. Great place to live!

I have loved living at Creekside South. The entire complex is beautiful and upkept. Any issues I have had have been quickly handled with ease. The manager Sarah has gone out of her way to always call me personally and helped tremendously when we went through the snowpocalipse!

This review is regarding Sara Jones. She is great and definitely a hard to find gem. She always listened to me regarding my issues and resolved everything in a quickly matter. She is always so friendly and knows who I am when I’m walking through the door. I love coming and talking to her. She definitely needs to get recognized for making residents life easier when it comes to having issues and needing solutions.

I have been residing here since 2021. I would not change a thing. This is a great community because my family and I enjoy the pool, gym and most importantly the open greenery areas to enjoy a walk. I would recommend this peaceful community to anyone.

I lived here for 2 years and moved out over the weekend, the staff was always helpful, and it is a great place for the kiddos as well. Fantastic community, but the trash system is lacking efficiency. The trash often piles up high on the weekends. Outside of that, I loved living here and would suggest it to anyone!
