Fatima was so amazing and helpful! I loved working with her, she was engaged and willing to answer any and all questions i had. She was very patient and walked me through all the necessary steps “, even explaining and reexplaining things to me. She went above and beyond to try and help me find a resolution. She greets everyone with a smile and is more than happy to assist. The best experience speaking to anyone was with her!! She’s amazing and i truly appreciate her hard work ethic and willingness to help the customer!

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed living here. Maintenance responds quickly, the office staff have always been very kind and quick to help. It’s also a beautiful place. The vaulted ceilings make the apartments feel larger and the open concepts are amazing.

I love it here! The office is very nice and friendly. The environment is nice and clean. Maintence request are done on time. I’ve been here for three years. Move here for sure you’ll have a great experience! The pool is nice. I wish the workout room was bigger and had more equipment but other than that I like it so far. The amenity fee and trash fee are annoying but again I still like the apartments. Great for kids. Nice pond and they have playgrounds within the premises.

Me and my family have lived here for 2 years and are wanting to renew for our 3rd. This complex is great overall, has lots of amenities, and is very family oriented. The apartments are very spacious, with great appliances. The maintenance team is great, they come very quickly to fix the any issues we've had. Management is very helpful resolving any questions we have and I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking.

Recently renewed here. Love the area close to garland Plano and Wylie
Close to the hwy.
Complex is filled with families and the schools are close with little to no traffic during school hours.
Property stays clean and the front desk/maintenance respond in great time.
Their pricing is great for location.
Highly recommended. I just hope they get the splash pad working this year ❣

Breckinridge Point is a great place to live. The office staff is simply the best! They are always highly efficient and courteous when taking care of anything. The apartment complex has everything you could ask for. We love our choice of Breckinridge Point!

I requested for maintenance in my apartment and William who is maintenance supervisor came to see to it personally as his staff was busy with some other maintenance work. He was there to help in almost no time from our request and resolved the issue expeditiously! Great team!

Truly one of the most professional teams I've encountered! Every time I enter the office I'm greeted by smiling faces. They care about the residents and understand there needs. Whenever I need any repairs made which you will encounter anywhere. The maintenance team is quick to respond and respectful!

We’ve loved living here. Staff is helpful. Beautiful apartments and community. Everything is always clean and well kept. Neighbors are friendly and the place is pretty quiet.

I have been living here for 2 years and it has been so great ! I plan on moving out to my new home , but I highly recommend this place !!! My husband and i sometimes had stuff to be fixed but the maintenance man, Wilfredo , was so helpful and super funny! It’s a relaxing and beautiful place to stay at too! I would come back and recommend to a friend .

I absolutely love this property! It is beautiful. The staff is so nice and welcoming. It truly feels like home. Veronica is the best at answering our questions efficiently and in a prompt manner! Such a breath of fresh air!

Just moved in a few weeks ago and I already love it here. Any issue we had was immediately fixed and communicated. Fatima at the front is always so sweet and SUPER helpful! All the guys in maintenance are also awesome and extra helpful!

I was at the apartments trying to see what they had available since my lease is about to expire and fatima was very kind and greeted me making me feel very welcomed. She took her time explaining me their prices and what I needed to apply. Also showed me an apartment as well.

The office staff makes it so easy to work with and I love being their vendor. Maintenance is also great and helps when needed with deliveries. I highly recommend working with them if you haven’t already!

A spring on my garage door broke last Friday making my garage unusable, and I had to walk around the building to enter my unit. They had the part ordered and door was fixed earlier than expected. Fatima in the leasing office is awesome! She is always friendly and available when I have questions or concerns.

We are a cleaning company we work with Breckinridge Point Apartment. All the staff are very friendly. The property is always clean, the apartments are very nice. We receive our payments on time. We have no complaints from them.

I’ve been living at this apartment complex for a year now, and I just renewed my lease. Fatima has been helpful since the beginning. She helped me find my apartment and even with my renew. I love living here. Thank you Fatima.

I am going on my second year of living here and I am so thankful. I had moved here to a new city, did not tour this apartment (well, toured virtually), applied, was accepted, and going on my 2nd year of residency— and i LOVE IT. The team has made it simple to apply and renew, maintenance requests are done quickly and or communicated if short staffed, have to order new parts, and or provide time delays (life happens but the office ensures we are at least emailed with updates), family oriented, quiet, and respectful. The space is really nice and open (my friends think so too) and a lot of room to make it your own :)

Two weeks ago I went to visit my cousin. She noticed a problem in her kitchen a gentleman named Jairo handled the situation swiftly. Very friendly, kind fella. Which I really appreciated. I walked around the complex & enjoyed my stay . I’m considering moving !
