I hired Paradigm Roofing to repair the roof and skylights. They came and did an excellent job. They were on time, honestly, friendly, and knowledgeable of what they are doing. We highly recommend Paradigm Roofing. They originally did a beautiful job on our roof, now, just 5 years later, we had some minor damage on the flashing pulling away on one of the turrets, Pablo and Roland immediately sent Benito and the team out to repair the issues. They did a fantastic job on the repair, even followed up to make sure we were satisfied! You won’t go wrong using Paradigm!

I had a very good experience with Paradigm roofing. Pablo did a detailed evaluation of the issue and was very honest and up front and didn’t try to push anything I didn’t need. Their quote was fair and the team knocked out the work quickly and efficiently. They went above and did more than what they quoted. I appreciate the before and after pictures. Highly recommended.

This team was on time with the delivery of products, and when they came to work. They demonstrated professionalism, received courteous responses from all workers, worked fast even in extreme heat. Answered all my questions satisfactorily, produced a quality roof with quality products and cleaned up after every job. Would definitely use them again for other buildings.

I am providing my feedback with my recent experience working with Paradigm roofing after recent hail damage to my home in Austin, Texas. Paradigm roofing was recommended by one of my neighbors and did not disappoint. Everything from the initial estimates to the contracting aspect made Paradigm easy to work with. The owner Greg always made himself available for questions and would pay regular visits to the property to make sure shingles matched HOA specs. He would also take time to make sure all contract questions were addressed and I felt comfortable and understand scope of work and associated pricing. When it came to pricing and execution, Paradigm provided a competitive price and made sure to install top notch singles. The crew (Mark was lead) worked very quickly and made sure to clean things up after done. My new roof looks great! Overall, would highly recommend Paradigm roofing and use them again. Honest business, great pricing and great customer service.

We noticed we had a leak this morning and started calling around to find a roofing company that could come out today. Paradigm not only had time today, but was able to patch the roof. Fernando was super nice and got the job done quickly! We will use them again when we need a new roof. Thank you!

Excellent experience! Greg worked with us to select the right color to match our HOA requirements, and overall the process was very efficient and well done. All of the onsite workers were courteous and took care to keep the old materials from damaging our yard and patio. Cleanup was also good. Highly recommend.

Greg and his team at Paradigm were a pleasure to work with. The bid was very competitive, the crew did excellent work, and left the site clean. Great communication, knowledgeable about the various products available, and made recommendations on how and where to save.

I can’t say enough good things about Roland and Mike at Paradigm roofing. I called them to request an inspection of a roof on a home I am purchasing. First off, they answered the phone EVERY TIME! Other roofers just sent me to voicemail. Mike called me back fast and communicated when he would be heading over to look at the roof. Then he did an amazing, thorough inspection. He was honest and did not try and find things to charge me for. I am very impressed by their responsiveness, honesty and professionalism! All around great experience with Paradigm Roofing. We had a leak in our roof and they were able to send someone out first thing the following morning. Tristen Spencer (the man that came out to our house) was very professional and responsive, and went above and beyond to help. He even gave me his cell number and told me to call him over the weekend if we had any other issues. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that has any roofing needs.

Roland did a thorough job of assessing my problem and determining that it needed a quick response. Marlon was the technician they sent to do my repair. He was here within half an hour and discovered the source of the roofing problem. He quickly took care of the trouble and remediated it. Everything is resolved now and seems to be working fine. I am grateful for Paradigm's quick response, professional service and reasonable charges.

I had roof shingles blown loose and had them replaced. They included the materials and the repair was perfect. No sign that section was any different from the rest of the roof.

Also had a fence repair and fence stained. I received photos of the fence to confirm exactly what was to be worked on and photos again of the final job. The stain and repair were finished in one day and the fence looks fantastic, better than new! I will be a repeat customer for sure! I highly recommend PARADIGM DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION!

Highly recommend Paradigm. Communication was outstanding and they did a great job in a timely manner. Job took much longer than anticipated but price didn’t change. Plus they were $700 less than another estimate I got.

Pablo, his company, and the crew did a phenomenal job on our home after it’d been hit by wind & hail damage. He came referred from our neighbors where they also did an awesome job! On time, on budget, professional, great to work with- I highly recommend them!

Tyler Glover was our PM and he was excellent! He communicated with us at every step of the proposal, discussion, and in stall processes. Paradigm's pricing was right in line with our insurance company's estimate, and the job was completed in one 12-hour day.

On September ( 2023 ) 14 night, our community was badly affected by Tornado. More than 29 homes’s roofs & fences were damaged. Paradigm Roofing Company became my home’s roof & fence repair party. The person who came to my home for inspection is so nice & friendly. The repair process was perfect , professionally & on time . PARADIGM ROOFING COMPANY, is great company !

Mark did a fantastic job of being prompt with fixing our roof leak. Paradigm is great with communication about what needs to be done and provides fantastic updates on job timelines.
