Koy Chinese & Sushi Restaurant

We stopped here for dinner and overall were glad we did. The food and service was very good, the atmosphere not so much, but certainly not a problem. The place was clean, but there is nothing of note for atmosphere (no TVs, no music, no interesting art). I would certainly return though if I lived near here. The Kung Pao chicken was delicious and the egg rolls good (I don't remember the name of my wife's dish).

If I could give them 10 stars for service, I would! I swung by to pick up a takeout order to bring home to my family and got home and realized it was the wrong order. When I went to call them, I realized they’d already called me. I called back and they immediately offered to remake our food and have it delivered so we didn’t have to drive back over there. We appreciated that so much after a long busy weekend! Thanks Koy!

Hello, my fiancé and I had dinner there last night 3/5/204 and our sushi was taking a very long time. However our waitress was very kind, apologetic and attentive & reassured us constantly that our food was being made. She sent us 2 egg rolls on the house and as well as a cup of ice cream for our understanding and patience. It was our first time and it was leaving us a bad impression however due to this waitresses constant attention, sympathy we will be back again. BTW the food was delicious!!! I did not get her name and we sat at the last table by the back door. Please thank her again for us!

I come here daily , the service they provide is so great , everyone is so welcoming and polite.a week ago I had a party and the person that was going to cook canceled me that same day of the party & well KOY saved our party. Everyone enjoyed the food. There sushi is the BEST!!! Can’t forget about the tai tea either !!!

Ordered to-go but still had a great experience! It was my first time coming here so it took me a while to order but the worker taking my order was very patient and very knowledgeable of the menu. Can’t wait to come back again to dine-in!

I am just amazed at the service here! My husband and I went here for sushi about a year ago and thought it was great; but on our most recent visit our server Chu remembered us and brought us our favorite rolls from our last visit. This kind of service is not common anymore and we were absolutely blown away. The sushi is fantastic as well!

Finally, I found a great Chinese restaurant. The waiters are great, and so is the food. Management walks the floor, making sure your experience is great. Found this gem by accident.

First time trying Koy tonight. We ordered takeout and chatted with Wayne at the bar while we waited for our food. He gave us the history of the clean and bright family-owned restaurant while we sipped on delicious drinks. My husband ordered the pork fried rice and Mongolian beef and I had the general tso’s chicken. Husband said the Mongolian beef was spicy and the pork fried rice was flavorful. I loved the general tso’s chicken. It was nice and crunchy! Highly recommended Koy!

I was blown away by the upbeat, friendly attitude of the owner! The sushi was incredible, and we absolutely loved the atmosphere. My boyfriend and I got two specialty rolls and two lunch special rolls - all were above and beyond our expectations. We would love to come back and try some of the Chinese lunch specials in the future, but it's definitely a go-to for sushi for us now!

Excellent! The dumpling appetizers were very tasty. The sushi roll was small, but yummy.

We have been either eating at Koy or ordering delivery roughly once a week pretty much since it opened and every time, we are not disappointed. Egg rolls, fried rice, Kung Pao Chicken, Happy Family, Triple Delight, you name it, it's delicious. To top it off, the staff is phenomenal and customer service oriented and when mistakes are made, they make it right. Hands down this is the best Chinese restaurant we've ever eaten at and Kyle is very lucky to have such a gem.

We ordered food to go. The service was fast and accurate! The chicken fried rice had alot of flavor to my surprise! The sushi was definitely delicious! I'd definitely recommend trying this spot out!

My experience here was nothing less than exceptional. Koy's has been in business here for 11 years and for a family restaurant, started by the father of the household, and continued on by his legacy of children, they have certainly flourished into a magnificent business. The food is all freshly made in-house and they even have their own recipes. I have never had such fresh tasting chinese food. They also have a full bar with a wonderful ambience to it.

We love Koy! The wait staff are so nice and do a great job! We have never had bad food or service since going there for 5 years! Would recommend them to anyone!

Ordered delivery, received faster than expected. Delivery girl was super nice. The Neptune Seafood plate is awesome.

I never eat there but I do order take out plenty of times. The food is always good. Only once did I ever have an issue with the food being delivered cold, but they made up for it. Everyone has a bad day. Their service is always good and friendly. No complaints. Oh the guy that delivers is an older gentleman, he is very nice everytime he comes my dog says hello and he is never rude. Tip him well. Keep up the great work guys

Definitely must go if you happen to be in Kyle, Texas. I love that they offer both of my favorites types of foods: chinese and sushi! Ordering the wonton soup is a must!

koy is a hidden gem in kyle, this was my first time going and the sushi was fresh and complimented each other very nicely. The hostesses, waiters and managers were extremely kind and offered great recommendations. Will definitely be coming back for more!

The food was amazing. We had spicy edamame, a Red Dragon Roll, pot stickers, and pepper beef. Just great all around. Highly reccommend.
