Sellman could've screwed us but didn't. Prompt, affordable, friendly, honest.
Not sure you can ask for more.

Super responsive and spent a lot of time talking with me about an old septic tank I discovered on my property. They really couldn't make any business off me and still took time to talk me through my concerns. These are good folks, thanks so much, Rick!

Melissa provided scheduling, support and billing information. Rick was on time and very friendly. Explained the process and got right to it. Explained what I needed to do to restart the system later and when. Cleaned out the system and the job site. Very happy with the service and highly recommend.

These guys put me on their schedule quickly and showed up when they said they would. They did a great job pumping out our aerobic septic system Their price was reasonable and their service was awesome. The tech was super friendly and knowledgeable. He took the extra time to instruct me about proper maintenance and use of our aerobic septic system. I will definitely be calling them again.

Awesome company. I own facility and our septic was backing up. I called them at 6am, spoke w/ Melissa and her husband Rick was able to scramble and get out at 8am with a truck and get my tanks pumped out so that we were ready to open at 9am. Saved the day, thank you Rick and Melissa!

A few years ago, we got trouble with our septic service provider so this time through our community referred, we found Sellman Septic Services. Rick and Melissa are wonderful people to work with. Melisa took my call even at the weekend, explained the cost in detail with no hidden charge and arranged the services according to our schedule. Rick showed up on time and did very good job to pump and clean our septic tank. Above and beyond he helped us to install the riser lids. The price was clear and reasonable. I highly recommend Sellman Septic services.

We needed our septic pumped ASAP on a Saturday and they had a truck out to our property within an hour of the phone call. Great service and very reasonably price. Fingers crossed we won’t need our tank pumped for another few years but when we do, we’ll be calling these guys!

Had to have my septic pump replaced that had gone out. The service technician was friendly and did a very good job.

Called because of a leak in septic system. Wanted to have them inspect for issues and all they did was charge $400 for a pump that wasn't needed.

Driver apparently is the most experienced person ever but has zero customer service skills leaving me a voicemail, not asking me to call him, but telling me "..if you want me to come out you better call me back.."

Owner gave me 100 excuses why the leak is there from backed up toilets (which I don't have) to age of system to leaking water softener without offering to actually inspect system which was the reason I called in the first place.

Bottom line is they got their last $400 out of me.
