Took my Camry in here for an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, etc. Service was pretty good. Will definitely be back since they have the lifetime unlimited alignment program going on.

Best in Waco , Great service, got my Dodge aligned. Service was good dropped off then picked up later. I will return for AC check. Love the service. Highly recommend for all your needs.

Sadly I could not get the service I needed here based on what I was driving (overweight) but the gentlemen answering the phone was very courteous and informational. It was him who directed me to a place I could go to, which I did and was pleased. Knowledgeable advice is worth much.

Billy and Joe are awesome! They have great customer service and explains whatever the issue might be with your work to help you understand. I have a nissian Altima and each time I take it to them the assure me that they will work hard and diligent to fix the problem.

I had to have some repairs done to my rear tail light. The electrical wires needed to be repaired and I needed an oil change. They also recommended to have the air filter replaced and the belts replaced due to cracks. The representative was very professional and courteous. I would recommend this establishment to anyone needing work done on their vehicle(s), they look out for the safety of their customers. GREAT JOB guys. Keep up the good work.

I got an alignment on my car and it has never driven better.

I've been going to exclusively to Firestone for over a decade now in 3 different states, and I was really pleased to find that the one here in Waco provides excellent service, too! The first time I came, my car's AC wasn't working. We had just moved into town at the end of June, and we were desperate to get the AC fixed without breaking the bank. I spoke Tristan, who explained all of my options, the estimated costs, etc. Once it was determined that the AC compressor kit needed replacing, he was straight with us and locked us in for the most competitive rate in town. I really appreciate that the guys here are honest, have integrity, professional, and do top-quality work efficiently!

My sn had work done here, they got him in quick and was ready when promised. They did a great job and God work.

Had a tire blow out while driving from Houston to Lubbock. We had upfront pricing and options on replacement from James, and no aggressive sales pitch. Jeffrey went out of his way to educate us about tires, rotation and balance. Found out the last place put the wrong size tires on our car, that will never happen again. Overall great service, in a timely manner and an excellent price. I would trust them with any repair on my vehicles.

Extremely extremely over priced for repairs , tried to charge me 60 bucks for a lightbulb but I’m giving them 5 stars for the cheap diagnostic test every Firestone offers. That is useful lol

When I moved to Waco eight months ago, I needed tire service. They were prompt and informative. Since, I've been back with tire pressure checks and an inspection. Although I haven't needed anything urgent, they're always quick to take care of my smaller needs.
