Great selection! Good prices. Waco has several western wear shops but this is the one for me! Bought a nice studded leather belt on clearance for about $50. Perfect for an aspiring cowboy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All around this is a great store!

I love Richie's they have larger sizes for women plus it is a family-owned store they have everything that you need in country western wear boots hats everything jewelry perfume and the people are so very nice they have a layaway plan it's just a great place to go better than a big conglomerate

I had originally went to Boot Barn to get new boots for country dancing and one of the employees referred me here. This was the best experience I’ve had boot shopping! The staff was kind and knowledgeable. I walked in asking for boots to dance in and they taught me about the difference in the shapes of the boots, leather vs. rubber soles, and how to find the perfect fit. They had such a great selection I found it hard to decide which to take home! I was afraid because it wasn’t a large chain store that the prices would be high, but they were less expensive than Boot Barn. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for boots and country wear in Waco!

Ritchie’s has great customer service from a friendly, knowledgeable staff. And the best prices out of any of the places I checked.

I came in to price a Stetson and sparkly boots for my wedding later this year. I was greeted as soon as I stepped in the door. And the young lady that was helping me was genuinely nice. The man in hats was shaping another customer’s hat and still helped answer the questions I had. I will definitely be purchasing all my western wear from here from now on.

Been doing business with these guys for over 30+ years, they are great people. I think they are the place to shop in Mclennan County, keep up the good work.

This is by far the best western wear store in Central Texas! Staff is super friendly, always looking to help you find what you're looking for within their vast inventory. Richie the owner who steamed my new stetson and his daughter Riley were awesome to talk to for over half an hour! Stopped in for jeans a few weeks ago. The customer service was excellent and the prices were some of the lowest I've found! The gentleman that helped me was great and the ladies up front, although busy, stopped and took time to acknowledge my kids and took genuine interest! This is my go to for clothing from now on!

My husband and I planned to get Cowboy boots but hadn't found anything that was our style until we visited this place. They have a great selection of boots that were right for us and tyne lady helping us was amazing!!!

This store has the best customer service! They provided excellent help. Even provided much needed professional advice for the gifts we were purchasing. Definitely made our shopping experience enjoyable. It was obvious that they enjoy their job. This will always be our new western store! Prices are very reasonable. Absolutely the best western in Waco. The whole staff was welcoming and engaging with helpful and knowledgeable information on boots. Great selection of items (everything they carry), quality and very reasonable prices. It always feels good to walk into a local store and be welcomed with care, they will definitely be getting more support from me and my family. If you are looking for affordable western boots and apparel then this is your place. Easy to see and access on W Waco Drive, there is plenty of parking spots in the parking lot, they even have a restroom inside the store. Recommend this place.

What a find! Looking for a new place to live and came to Waco. I was greeted at the door by the amazing staff and they were so friendly. I tried on a few things and then wanted new boots. Apparently I have been getting the wrong size! A nice young lady helped me and I got the perfect pair. Good prices too. Later in the day i discovered my hat missing. I called and they graciously looked for it and called me back. They didn't find it but I did! We sure don't get this kind of customer service in San Diego. Thank you. Until next time...

I drove into town to visit my brother and asked him to take me to a store like Boot Barn, a western wear clothing store. Because he is a local he suggested Ritchie's... Great place! Plenty of western shirts, pants, belts, hats, boots, you name it they got it. The gentleman behind the hats was a great help and the staff is very friendly. Stop by Ritchie's and ask for him by name.

Took my wife to Richies this morning to purchase a pair of boots. The young woman who assisted us was very knowledgeable and patient with my wife in picking the right pair. My wife was indecisive, but the employee was very patient and understanding. The end result was a very pleasant experience. We left with a pair of boots my wife really loves.

We were visiting Waco from Florida. Miranda was our salesperson. I have never experienced a more polite and professional staff in a western wear store. Miranda spent quality time making sure we purchased the right boots for our feet. My wife loves her new boots and so do I. Thanks Miranda!!!!

Went to the big chain store across the street after a 70 mile drive. The selection was poor and of the items I was interested in they weren't available in my size. On my way out I saw Ritchie's Western Wear. Decided to take a chance on them. Glad I did. Twice the selection. They had my sizes and were a lot lower in price when comparing the exact same item. Will travel the 70 miles to go back.

Wonderful place to shop for Western wear. I've been looking for a certain pair of jeans and couldn't find them and layer found out that they were discontinued. Ritchies although was able to to order them for me. Wonderful staff and extremely helpful. Will recommend to anyone.
