We came to this location after a disappointing visit to the Garland location where we received no help or were even acknowledged. We were instantly greeted upon entering this store, which was nice. The selection of books here is greater and especially in their manga section. My brother is new to HPB and when he couldn’t find what he was looking for, he asked for help and the employee at the checkout counter helped him by checking their system to see if it was in stock and even offering to have it delivered. Highly recommend this store!

Great place to find a wide variety of new and used books, dvd's, cd's, stationery, games and puzzles. Friendly and helpful staff members make this place feel warm and welcoming. Only thing that's missing is chairs and a cup of coffee!

I've asked for a book to be transfered from another store to the Rockwall store since it's quite far, the process took less than 5 minutes and Kelli was super helpful. I've never requested a transfer before so I wasn't sure of the process, it was super easy and Kelli let me know that I can pick up in the store in 2 weeks.

Clean facility, good selections and helpful staff.

My home away from home. Clearly marked genres and a clearance section from the gods. Average book 3 dollars on clearance. If they don't have it, they'll try and order it to store.

Very helpful staff. Always fun to go with my fiancé. I am not so much of a reader but the more I go the more I have an interest. I really enjoy looking at the old books and also there are some classic toys and such.

This place has a great selection of "books on tape." It's also the best place I have found for buying "DVD's. It would be nice if they could purchase some more chairs so I wouldn't have to go around the store looking for one.

I have one minus point though--most of the sales team do not check the DVDS for dirty or scratched discs upon checkout. Let me say again--this is the only black mark I have come across.

First time visiting and I was able to find the same books for a much much lower cost! I can't wait to go back and find some more gems😀. Service was friendly and very helpful! They followed social distancing requirements.

Half Priced Books will order books for you from other stores & call you when they arrive. They also carry best sellers & will hold them for you (I've forgotten how many days)

What is not to like? It's definitely a must go for all book needs.

I could have lost myself in this book store. Amazing variety of subjects, nice prices. They carry books for all ages and ethnicities. I especially like History. I found what I was looking for and more. You can also have books ordered if not at this location. Great customer service with a pleasant attitude. Highly recommend. 🌟🏆🤗

Love the store! Love the books! Always find something in the clearance section, too. Their trade-in offers are shameful! A box full of books brings $2. I understand you have money, but $2?

Really great mostly used bookstore. Excellent, large, eclectic selection of books, games, CD/DVDs, cards and various knickknacks. If you like used bookstores, you will like Half Price Books.. Highly recommended.
