I highly recommend Stephanie is super awesome at her job! Even though at the time when I present at this store they were really busy she still made sure to take care of what I needed done and more.

Francisco was very friendly, helpful, and informative. I purchased a new phone and Apple Watch. He was doing everything I needed while having a conversation with me. Definitely recommend him! 😁

Went to this location the other day. Stephanie helped me figure something out with my bill plus help get some new phones. She was very knowledgeable and polite. If you ever go there ask for Stephanie.

I came to this store because trying to get a technical issue resolved, and I was absolutely amazed at the teamwork and effort Diana, Cisco, and Mary demonstrated to resolve the issue. They consulted with TMobile and Samsung Technical Support and used it as an opportunity to learn even more on how to troubleshoot my phone and watch.

I worked with a guy by the name of Curtis. I wish I could give him 10 stars. I don’t know where y’all got him from but you guys definitely need to keep him. His customer service was awesome.

The employees are polite, courteous and professional.
They believe in providing great customer service. They are knowledgeable when it comes to the different cell phones and store policy. They took no time at all, setting up my new phone. The employee that helped me made sure all my apps transferred over to my new phone. I was grateful that he was so patient and kind. I recommend using T-Mobile, just because they know how to treat people; and they know their stuff!

The employees here are amazing especially Ronald, he provided great customer service and very knowledgeable to questions i had about the phones. He made sure I had everything I needed. I’m happy that he was with patient & nice to me. I recommend coming to this T-Mobile location.

Luc was outstanding. I dropped my phone on rocks and screen saver was shattered. She carefully removed and got lucky my phone screen was ok. Lic took time to help me pick out new cover and put on new screen saver PERFECt, no bubbles and perfect alignment.

The store manager, Jeremy was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He was very nice and felt so welcome in the store. I highly recommend this location
